  1. The fact that she never logged into her account does NOT imply she never read any of the answers.  She could have read them without logging in and notice the trend.

The fact that she waited for her account to become active and then post only to never be back.....?????????

  2. Sorry I can't comment on stilettos. I have only worn my block heel boots on planes, including 15 hour flights. Only thing was I needed to take them off because of the zippers.  But I'm bold enough to just take of my calf high 4 inch boots in line and put them thru x-ray. Then put them back on afterwards.

  3. Maybe she didn't like the answers. Her whole thesis is based on the principle that heels hurt, indeed have to hurt.  And I think the major opinion here is that heels don't need to hurt.

I think she was trying to mock us and end up mocking herself for buying heels THAT hurt.

  4. I have around 40 pairs, but mine include those with stirrups, yoga pants and yoga shorts, velvet, compression leggings, and thermal leggings - like those VSX I had on the other day.

I would love to wear my leggings with an over sized sweater to work, but I think that is about 3 to 4 years away.  I think skinny jeans is leading the way.

  5. TXGuy is there something your wife loves that you can't understand why? If so, does she know you have no clue why?  Then explain it like that.  Otherwise tell her it just something that makes you feel alive.  For me it's my nail color. Heels are just normal.

  6. I have been flirting with the ideal of wearing a pair of shorts over my leggings. Maybe with knee high boots.

I planned to wear my VSX leggings while kayaking today. But after unloading the kayaks I had to take them off and change into a pair of shorts, it was just too hot.

BTW, just order two new pairs of crush velvet leggings at clearance prices.

  7. I had a interesting talk with a young sales associate last week.

I stopped in a women's shoe boutique that I look into every once in a while.  I asked young sales associate if they had any 4 inch or higher heels. She pointed to the center table and one wall and told me "how about these wedges."  The strange thing was there wasn't any wedges on the center table or the wall, all block heels.  I then asked her if she knew what "wedges" were.  She fumbled with the description of a wedge.  At that point I took off one of my Steve Madden wedge mules and told her. "This is a wedge." "Oh!"

She then ask me not to tell her boss that she didn't know what wedge were, which I didn't.  But (1) Why you you take a job selling women's shoes if you have no clue about women's shoes?  (2) Who is this boss that hire such an employee?
