I know she is somewhat jealous that I wear heels and other things and for the most part they are nicer than what she has.. Last I know, she had under 15 pairs of shoes with only a few with heels as high as 2 inches and UGLY, UGLY, UGLY.  I don't think she has a clue that I have at least 60 pairs, but she has seen me in at least different 40 pairs She even wanted to borrow some of my special holographic nail polish once. I made her buy her own.

I have a box somewhere with 3-4 old sneakers, a dress shoe (that never fit), hiking boots when I absolutely need them. Haven't purchase men's shoes in over a decade. And two pairs of the original Uggs They're great when you come out of the surf.

@pebblesf we all get butterflies at times. I still wont go to the big mall in certain heels and I have two tops I haven't worn yet. It takes time and repeated adventures to overcome these butterflies.

Sorry, but I'm lucky and wear mostly size 10 and some size 11 so I's narrow minded and only look for those sizes.

The sensations you got from the pantyhose over powered your trepidations about being seen. Aka Forbidden Fruit Syndrome.  Since you have to fine time to wear your heels, the addition of pantyhose just overwhelmed you.

Yes, skirts are very comfortable. Wore a faux leather one for 16 hours on Halloween and completely enjoyed it. It was very comfortable although a little different driving because it was a tight skirt.  As to what top to wear with it...the coat looks good with the skirt, keeping it monochrome, but your shirt/top distracts from the overall image, IMHO. As to how to process this, that's really a personal thing that everybody processes this differently.

What I like on this one is that the shoe is not bending upward at the toes, there is no platform, the block heel.

But unfortunately they won't deliver to France.

Has any of you seen a approaching model in large size more available ?

This one has a platform, but it is a lace up. These were cheap. The brand is Soda, this model is the Agenda. They may have models without a platform. Soda and Delicious make heels like these with and without platforms.
