I would like say thanks for Amanda and M-A for stating and reasons which are present for having the girls only. Yes there is more males posting and it is reasonable to have for girls only to reply, it awesome that that we can learn from girls and a "For Everyone" so we can reply to those posts which interests us. I think it started when my cousins (both girls) dressed me up with shoes, dresses and the works, in the late 60's, then I got my first heels in the mid 70's of which I still have a pair 4" leather knee high boots. I then heeled for 10 years, but then returned to heels in the mid 90's. That is when I realized it is not going to go away and solidified my love for heels. Helmut Newton's photos during the 70,80 and 90's always spurred the interest with his great shots of thigh boots and pumps on semi bondaged models.

Must say though, I think the whole outfit looks pretty cool, otherworldly, animalistic in some cases but the shoes.......hmmm.......maybe doorstop vases. I agree with M-a, I usually like his stuff but not the shoes - this time. Mtnsofheels

I can do it with a cautionary mind in most heels and or boots. Ballet boots could be another question since I have never tried them. However last fall while wearing a pair thigh boots with a 4" heel which were still stiff in the knee I descended the stairs at home and on the last step caught the heel on a stair tread and went down like a sack of hammers onto the floor. I did not injure myself nor the boots but scolded the dog for pushing me, since she was the only one who saw it. Kidding!! about the scolding but wow it was quite spectacular to see how fast I went down. But now I am back to easy up and downs. Mtnsofheels

About 5 days ago I finally got my boots in the mail. They from ShoesUSA, perfect fitting wood soled boot "the Nanette Boot', and they really nice to walk in. They do a really good job of making these boots in LA, will buy more from them. Mtnsofheels

Finally someone I can talk to about boot/shoes on the street! And as Shock Queen said, not so alone here in my tastes. Mtnsofheels

Well my little twist on the Pizzas is, I start with a thin layer of Djion mustard then add tomato paste and the rest of the goodies. The mustard adds a hint of tang to the whole thing which I really like. Also a thin crust is my favourite! Mtnsofheels
