HappyFeat, glad you finally hit Home Depot as you have crossed another barrier. I've done Home Depot and Lowe's, just not recently. Door #1 this time!
-
Jeff, that envelope that you are pushing just keeps getting smaller and smaller and smaller............ Fine looks my friend.
-
Ah, how true, the fading of summer and all of those good things that go with it; but the winner is Door #4!!!!!
-
The heels in the first picture are great! I've been looking for something like them.
-
Hit the Fairfield CT Nine West Outlet this afternoon. The sales help were courteous and tried to be helpful. Tried on a couple of pairs but they just didn't quite cut it. What I really wanted (Hot Tamale on sale for $19) were not in my size. So, I came home with nothing!

The audio is bad, the video is almost as bad and the latex slingshot type of "bodysuit" with the heels; it just looks like hell. I'm sure that Jeff would have a lot to say about this excuse for STYLE!

Ladies and gentlemen, the winner is behind door #2

The advantage of the stirrups is that they hold the leggings in place by pulling downward with a constant (light) pull as opposed to those without feet or stirrups. I personally don't like them at all unless they are under boots as you don't want to see the stirrups.
A substitute that I have seen very rarely is a piece of elastic with two clips to attach to either side of pants/leggings to accomplish the same thing. If I saw them, I would buy them right away to see if they hold jeans in place the same way.

As I said before, it looks just plain good and natural!
-
Jeff, what is remarkable is that you look so natural in your alternate choices of clothing!!
-
On the contrary, when I was growing up in the 60s, ALL of the sales people in women's shoes stores were men, period paragraph!!!!!!!One could easily say, "I'd love to work at a Victoria Secret's store", but I'd think most women might avoid dealing with a male sale agent.

Hi HF,
While pic #1 is not bad at all, pic #3 blows 'em all away. Amazing how one can surprise oneself?
-
And ladies and gentlemen, the prize is behind door #3! Great look my friend!

My shoes clicked more than normal, since some shoes tend to make more noise than others, and I was a touch self conscience. The clicks were quite audible, but nobody around me ever flinched. So, I don't think people notice as much as you might think.
Don't believe that one HappyFeat! Those clicks are noticed, believe me, wherever you go! You may not see a reaction, but noticed you are!!!!!!
mateuszpobog you might try rubber taps on the toe and rubber heels to muffle the "click."

OMG - talk about living out a fantasy! A guy I knew in college had worked in a woman's shoe store in New Jersey - boy was I jealous!!

Thursday - I wore a white dress shirt, black to the knee Lane Bryant skirt, HUE black fish net nylons, and my Nine West "Aleena" peep toe d'Orsays. It was nice to get out in a skirt again however.
And again, to quote the game show, It's Door #4!!!!!!!!!!!!! Great look!!!

Bootking, they gray boot are killing me! I just got a pair of gray jeans myself and I am thrilled that the color seems to be popping up more and more.
Thanks HappyFeat, but a bit of an error here (see Max's comments somewhere below). The lighting was poor and the camera is a little old now, but they are black suede on black skinny jeans. They still blend but the color is not gray. Thinking about it, I don't have gray at all, hmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Jeff, what is truly amazing is that first, you look so natural (especially with the bag) and second, you look DAMN GOOD! Great work, my friend!
-
Great pictures! where did you get the fire jeans?
Really good look Bootking, and yes with those jeans nobody probably noticed right away.
Did you wear them all day, most days? Was it warm in them?
Good job!Mtnsofheels
Thanks guys! Fire jeans are from Kohl's. They may not have first noticed them by the black suede over the black denim at first but the "click" is a dead give away! I actually heard the attendant at the gate tell the other one, "It must be a stunt!" I had just passed them. I wore them that day and the prior evening, all day. It was not too warm, but remember, planes and airports are quite nicely air conditioned! I wasn't too hot or uncomfortable.

Great experience and the red shoes are FANTASTIC!

I more buy clothes in Macy's than shoes (for me) but haven't had any bad experiences either.
