True, I wear my heels almost all time. I don't see the need to dress up just to wear sexy stilettos. I'm just wearing them like most people wear trainers. So, I make sure they fit right.

Agreed. Well fitting heels is the key. Seems most people tend to wear something a bit too small.

Can't say I haven't, but no more. If they don't fit they go away.

Like the heels. It's so nice once people have become accustomed to seeing us (I mean guys in heels as normal wear) that it is second nature and even anticipated. 

I have several people in public whom I only see every week or so who look forward to seeing what I have on. To many of these people I'd just blend into the background if not for my stilettos.

Currently we're both in Russia now. My second citizenship allows visa free travel here. So had no issues at border control. Moscow is absolutely breathtaking as a city: zero homeless people, as clean as Vienna (literally no garbage bags or litter on streets like NYC or Paris or London), fantastic public transportation system (buses have USB chargers built in).  The city feels free and alive. And the nature here is breathtaking too.

Surreal to be honest. Not a single military solider, military vehicle or anything spotted anywhere in a week here. Including near Red Square.

I have their yellow 1860's cars that I used to run with my Bachman Jupiter loco. That little steamer was a nice piece.

I should have mentioned I didn't consider wearing heels until I was 20, so I was 40 before going open in public.

I always loved high heels as a youth but not until I experimented in college did I realize how much I enjoy wearing them too. I am convinced that male feet are actually better suited for heels just due to being stronger in general. 

Being open public for 20 yrs now everything seems irrelevant.  But, it took me 20 yrs to get to the next 20. Oh well, time wasted on my part. People in public places recognize me from the crowd and light up even when I'm not in heels. If every guy wore them, I'd be just in the background again. Of course, even most women wouldn't wear the stilettos I daily strut in so I  may still stick out.

Moral, just wear them openly now all the time. 

I think my belly is getting a bit big. Need to cut back on snacks.

They don't add a platform. Be sure to ask thorough questions before ordering. 

Exactly how I do it too. I reduce to 10% if I plan on 3  or more images. 30% and cropped for 2 or less. The 10% do end up grainy but what can you do.

I finally received my Hey Si Mey 14cm pumps and I love them. I will post photos when I find a way to reduce the size to an acceptable level for this forum. I believe you said that you too had these pumps and I wondered if you have much opportunity to wear them,

I have them, I prefer their 13cm better. The 14cm is too much for me. That being said, there aren't many heels that I don't wear publicly.

They are well made, usually sell heels to high for me. Did make me a few special order mules. Replaced the heel with all metal stilettos and made me color not shown. No extra charge.

Yah, they are about a half size too large. Fine now, but once fully broken in they may be too large. We'll see. As a rule, slingbacks tend to stretch more in the toe box since the back half of the upper is not there to support. 

Been a little while since I posted here. I brought in my new grey/white print slings today. Been a few weeks since introducing a different pair at work.

These are slingback versions of the metal heeled pumps I recently showed. Comfort level is top 90%. 

Image quality is not great but trying to keep the file sizes down.

Bootsmike those are amazing.
