Walking on concrete is not always easy. I had to walk several blocks on a concrete sidewalk that sloped from the building to the street. About a 20 degree slope. Also exposed agate can be challenging in stilettos as well as polished concrete and wet weather.
20 degrees is pretty steep. Even San Francisco doesn't actually have 20 degrees slope.

Yep, right at 5 inches. When at work I only sport them at my desk. Nothing is hidden but I'm a principal engineer at a factory so in the plant it's safety shoes.

Yes the Italian Heels website is quite dates, but they do respond well to emails and their service is excellent as are their boots and shoes (although I’ve only ever bought boots)
I have 2 pair of pumps. Super comfortable but they do show a well worn look quickly. They rapidly conform to your feet and quickly wrinkle and bulge once worn. Personally I love the look of well worn heels but if you're more into shoes looking trim and clean these may disappoint you. They currently run at about $200 before shipping.
See my heels at work posts. I pictured both pair there.

If only Chester would have worn your heels, I know he would have been remembered.
(OK purists, I know heels were not around back then)

Those look fantastic on you.

I wear shorts with heels all summer. My lower legs are almost naturally hairless and the hair I do have is faint and not all that visible from any distance.

Oh I don't know. I've been pulling off a beard in heels all along. Women really like the look as a whole. I think wearing my stilettos as a man not trying to feminize his look actually has worked well for me. I put Melrose and a few others here in that category.

Yah. Needs something on the chin

I would recommend going to Alliexpress and looking at the Hey Si Mey line. They are Chinese but are actually good quality and run very large sizes. They're unique in Chinese heels actually are scaled to the shoe size. Colors are limited, surprisingly for Chinese heels.

I guess I am largely back, after my hiatus from serious heeling. Although it's still at the limit of what I can walk in semi-gracefully, I wore my Steve Madden Klory pumps to church, which sport 4 3/4" heels.
excellent looking pumps.

On occasions when she wears the black pumps, we'll probably match. For example, next week we go to Paris. We'll do a night at The Ritz. She'll wear an elegant dress, the black pumps.
Love to see a couple pose, if she's willing.

@kneehighsCongtradulations, and I hope things work out for you both. Make sure she alays has the nicer shoes on.
Don't worry if hers are nicer or not. Simply, should the 2 of you go long term you'll outlast her in heels. Men have actually better feet for high heels believe it or not. She'll stop wearing them well before you do.
Happy couple heeling. I'm a lone wolf, my wife can't wear heels even if she wanted to.

*At* the superbowl? Or celebrating somewhere else?
Regular people can't afford to go to the superbowl.

$100 including shipping seems like a bargain now.
Yah I'd buy many more if I could get that price.

I guess their about the same.

JKrenzer: Much thanks for the photo update. Now we need to get your colleges into wearing stiletto high heels. Mike
Yah, that would be something.

Yes, they kind of look like leather gloves, too! How many miles do you have to put on before they look like that? Also, what is the sizing like with Italian Heels?
I think these are over 10 yrs old. They are butter soft and conformed to my feet quickly. The soles are pure leather. It took very little time to break these. I bought 42's. My true size seems to be 10.5 US You have a lot of Nine West, these size accordingly. These and a light grey pair are the only two I bought. Price with shipping was over $100 back then. A bit pricey.

JKrenzer: I love the photos you post from work. I would think that would be a gigantic thrill. However, I never see anyone else in the photos-not even in the background. Also, who is taking these pictures? Nosie me. I like red also, see below. Mike
It's OK. even if I weren't wearing heels I wouldn't takes shots of myself with others around. That's simply not cool. My neighbor's computer is on as seen in the background.

Stamina and Practice in Heels
in For the guys

Mlroseplant, I lived in Omaha, Millard specifically, for 4.5 yrs. There is barely a flat spot in the city. It's a decent sized city with a broad cultural base, not what I expected when I moved there. This was back in 91 thru 96, when I really first started wearing heels. I went public a few times back then, was still worried about acceptance, a condition all of us new male heel wearers seem to struggle with. Anyway, in those few times I never had any issues.
What school did he play at?
