  1. Mr. X :-)

Very nice outfit but the most important part is missing...

What about posting a picture of your boots ?

I guess many of us would like to see them ... :winkiss:

I've posted the boots before but just in case I edited my thread to include a pic of them. I was trying to show how I wore the outfit out and about. And that meant having my pants cover the heels.

  2. Taking a cue from some of the others here I have decided to start a thread to document all of my journeys in heels. So here goes. Today I had some errands to run so I decide to wear my heeled boots which is so normal now I don't even have to think about it. But I wanted to push the envelope a little further today. I had recently purchased a pair of womens dress pants and a nice ladies long sleeve dress top which I thought would look good paired with my heels. And I was right(pics to follow). The only thing out of place was my coat which was plain and unstylish. It did not match the rest of the outfit at all. That was one of the things I was looking for today on my journeys. I really like the look of some of the womens leather/faux leather coats. The kind that hit just between the hips and knees in terms of length and usually have a belted waist of some kind. I hit up one of the local thrift shops and found what I wanted. It fit me well. It was missing a button but for $7 I didn't care. And I can probably get one put on for cheap anyhow. I was a little more nervous out and about today as I wasn't just wearing my heels which I usually just wear with jeans. But I must say the day went off without a hitch. Anyhow, here are some pics of my new coat and the outfit I wore. The first picture is sorta the kind of coat I was looking for. The second picture is me with my outfit on as well as the coat. And the third pic is of the outfit minus the coat so you can see what the ladies top looks like. My pics are kinda dark but they were the best ones to turn out as i was in a rush to take some pics. Enjoy!

  3. I'm still thinking about my day as I sit here typing this. It all started this morning around 9 o'clock. The main reason I went out today was to pick up a wireless keyboard and mouse that was on sale. And I did buy it. Now I have my ears pierced once on each side. But even before I got my first set I knew I wanted 2 in each ear. I had some other errands to run and I wasn't sure if I wanted to wear heels all day so I packed some boots and my black pumps and went out the door in my tennis shoes. So off I went to the mall to Claires. I figured it would be less busy around opening and It would be faster, I was right. I got there and the mall was dead and I was the only customer in the store the entire time. The lady working happened to be the manager and she was the one who pierced me the first time about 2 years ago. This lady is probably in her mid to late 30's and I noticed both times that she has many piercings in each ear. The whole procedure didn't take long this time because I knew what to expect and I was very happy when it was done. I paid and then said I would look around a bit. She was happy I came because otherwise she had alot of paperwork to do. And now to the good stuff. As I was looking around we got to talking and she was mentioning that her husband likes to wear alot of things out of the norm for men like big gauged earrings etc. And she thinks people should be able to wear what they want. She said she even likes alot of pinks on guys. Then she started talking about some school that had a plaid skirt day and some of the boys that went there wanted to and did participate in the skirt day. She said plaid skirts were originally a man thing anyhow. That is when I started telling her about how I like to wear some larger earrings and I generally wear what I want. She was cool with that and she said there are not many people like me. I should have mentioned about wearing heels too but it totally slipped my mind. Now as I write this I'm thinking how cool it would have been if I was wearing heels at the time, and how I missed the boat on that one. Just like fashion freedom for men in heels I am trying to do the same thing with earrings. Anyhow I kept looking and found some gold hoops I liked, not real gold. They measured 2.5" in diameter. I went to pay for them and told her that I have lots of silver hoops but no gold ones. She didn't even bat an eye at the size of the earrings and she totally knew they were for me. She just started talking about the selling patterns of her gold and silver and how her gold sells in patches but her silver was a constant seller. She said silver goes with anything but everyone should have a few gold pieces in there wardrobe. A few customers finally came in and I was done, so I thanked her and left. I was flying at this point not only did I get pierced again but I know I will be able to go back there anytime I want wearing big earrings and/or heels and will have no problems what so ever, very nice! Now as I said I had some other errands to run and I had packed some heels in the car. Well at this point I had to go out heeling. So I slipped on my heeled boots and ran all my errands with no problems at all. Now I have worn my boots before but this time I was feeling real good. I even had a little strut in my step. My last stop was Walmart to pick up a few things. This is one of the busiest if not thee busiest stores in town. I got ready to go in still wearing my boots and noticed I had my black pumps. I have never worn anything heel wise other than boots. But after my earlier experience at Claires I knew what I had to do. So off went the boots and on went the pumps. My jeans were covering most of the heel just like they do with my boots. I got out and waited around my car for maybe 1 minute before I just said "screw it" and went in. Most people start small but today I started big. I was in the store for like maybe 15 minutes and I could here my heels click with each step but I didn't care. I used the self checkouts to pay for my purchases and left. For a first time thing went as smooth as silk with no problems what so ever and I will definitely be doing again. By the time I got back home I was really flying high. it was as if nothing could go wrong for me today. I dropped of my purchases then started thinking that if I have this much luck I should go to the casino. I was planning on going today anyhow but now I had to do it. I was at the casino for about an hour playing blackjack and I ended up winning about $100. So all in all this was probably my best day ever. Thanks for listening. Your reward is some pictures. Pictures 1 and 2 are both ears freshly pierced. Picture 3 is the gold hoops that I purchased. And picture 4 is the exact outfit I wore with my black pumps.

  4. very interesting and entertaining. I wonder if kneehighs has seen this yet? (there was one picture where a guy with a camera in his hand, was standing talking to a gal. It kinda looked like kneehighs --I wonder.

I saw that picture and there is no way that could have been Kneehighs, That guy was wearing "tennis shoes" LOL

But seriously, the pictures were good but really outlandish heels.

  5. I was searching for a pair of heels that would match a garter belt and panty

set that I have. I found these and fell in love with them. I ordered them

    and just received them TODAY

Here are a couple of pictures of my new shoes.

( my first attempt of attaching files )

Luv those heels. Where did you get em?

  6. My store of choice for this one is "The Shoes Company" for those that live in Canada. I like this place because they usually have clearance and last pairs of shoes on for around 20-40 dollars. The store tonight was not crowded but it was not dead either. I looked through the clearance and only found one pair that I liked but they were a little big. I usually take between a 9 and a 10 so 9.5 is usually good for me. These ones happened to be a 10. Then I went to the regular section where they also have some clearance. I wasn't finding much here that I liked either. Actually I was finding stuff that I liked, but they were regular price, and too expensive. After a few minutes a women started looking too. Now this women was decent looking. Not exactly a 10 but a 7/8 in my book. She was shorter in height and not exactly skinny, but not fat either. Her face was pretty and she had long blonde hair. I pegged her as maybe mid 30's to early 40's in age. As I shopped around I discreetly caught a few glances of her. And as she tried on one pair I caught a glimpse of her thong which was a nice "how do you do". As I shopped I noticed she had tried on the same shoe about 3 times. I could tell she was on the fence about buying them because she kept going over to the mirror and checking her foot out. The shoes were ok but on her they were fabulous. I kept shopping not seeing anything I liked. Meanwhile I kept thinking to myself that it would be a crime to not have this women go home with those shoes. I thought they were a match made in heaven. After she walked over to the mirror for the 4th time she was right near where I was looking and I figured I had to do something. So I opened my mouth and said "you should buy those for sure". She looked at me and said "do you really think so because I'm not to sure". To which I said, "of course". She said, "they are for a plum dress". I said "those would be great for that". As I continued shopping she walked by me a few minutes later shoes in hand and said, "thanks for all your help", and then left. I don't know if she was going to buy them or not. But I like to think that it was my comments and our discussion that ultimately swayed her decision. After she left I was feeling really good but disappointed at the same time as I still had not found anything for myself. I went and looked at the pair she had bought just for kicks knowing I wasn't going to buy them anyhow because the heel was too low for me. And that is when I spotted my pair right next to those ones. The shoes themselves are a silvery/grey kinda shiny peeptoe. They have a 1/2" hidden platform which makes the heel 3.5" or 4" if you don't count the platform. Then I noticed they were clearance priced at $30 and I was sold. And wouldn't you know it they had one size 9.5 left. I tried them on and they fit. I was hoping that women was still around as I would have definitely asked her for an opinion on my shoes. So I bought them and left. All in all a nice evening. I swayed a women's mind on buying shoes. I found a nice pair myself. And I got a good deal on mine. $32 after tax. I was flying high. Well thanks for listening. And your reward is a picture of the shoes. They are not quite as shiny as in the picture because of my flash. Comments are welcome as well as outfit suggestions for them.
