  1. To each his own. I really don't care how people here dress. The point is we all enjoy heels, and if it takes a dress or skirt for someone to enjoy there heels that much more then so be it. And regarding the leg contest. My pictures were posted simply because thats all I had to use. But if your going to have a leg contest, as mentioned before, it's pretty hard to show off ones legs in a pair of jeans that not only cover up one's legs but covers the majority of the heels too. I mean are we just suppose to guess what's peoples legs look like underneath those pants. Why don't we start the contest over and everyone can wear there heels with a pair of shorts. How stupid would that be.

  2. Thanks for the compliments JSpikeheels. There really is no trick to it, it just takes alot of practice. I found it hard to do at first to. I have always had shorter legs which I suppose helps but I just worked at it. I also exercise regularly to stay in shape. And even if U don't exercise just doing regular stretching for flexibility helps immensely. Actually, at first, I found that leg crossing put just as much pain on one's "bits" as it did on the legs. But that quickly goes away and it gets easier every time. Also it helps alot to study women. Go to places like the mall or anywhere there is alot of women and just sit on a bench and observe them and study their habits and mannerism. But mainly as I said above practice practice practice. And again thanks for the compliments.

  3. Nice pics of Mrs Beckham Tahira. I especially like the first and last pictures. Here is my picture additions. The first one is of Alicia Silverstone and the second is of Eva Longoria. I chose these pics because I love the shoes in both pics. Not that the women themselves aren't lookers either. I especially love the ankle ties on both pairs of shoes.

  4. So here's the scenario, I will post a pic at the end. My mom was getting together a bunch of household clothes and such to donate to charity. As I was adding some things to the pile I noticed a pair of boots of hers that I had seen her wear in the past and I was quite fond of them. Secretly I have worn them before but no one knows. They are clearly a womens boots. They would normally be worn with a skirt. They are about calf height and have a side zip. They have about a 3" or so blade heel i'm guessing and a squarish toe. They are a size smaller than I normally wear but they fit and are not really uncomfortable. Anyhow, I noticed them and said to my mom, are you throwing out your "kiss" boots? I was making reference to the rock band. She said that she was. I picked one up and said I like these what size are they. I said I'll take them. She assumed I was joking and responded "those are a girls boot". I said I was serious and proceeded to try it on right there. i put it on under my jeans and stood up. I said I really like how it looked. She looked at it and said, it doesn't bother you that the heel is like that? I said no it doesn't and then she said well it bothers me alot so I proceeded to take it off and put it back in the pile and that was that. So here's my dilemma. I sit here knowing a perfectly good pair of boots I desire is going to waste. And there is no chance in hell I will posess them. Is there any way I could take them unknowingly? Anyhow here is a picture of them <img src="http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v341/lauri27/blackboot.jpg">

  5. Here is a picture of my latest purchase. I usually wear a size 9 or 10. These are a size 8 but suprisingly they fit. For a while I had been looking for a black pair of boots with a 3 inch or so heel. I stumbled on these in a thrift shop. They are not leather but for only "$15" I wasn't going to complain. They are not black but more a wine colour which I wasn't to crazy about so I slept on it. Then I decided to buy them but couldn't get back there for about a week. But suprisingly they were still there. Most of the good stuff there usually goes fast.

So here is a picture. The heel is 3 1/2" by the way.

  6. I only wear boots out under pants currently at the moment so I usually just wear socks. Things is that way your feet aren't seen anyhow so it doesn't really matter what you wear. However, depending on the fit of the boot sometimes you are forced to wear kneehighs because a thick sock and the boot won't fit together sometimes. I have worn kneehighs and find the fit better.

  7. I agree with u johnnie. When I go out I don't care what others say. Granted my jeans usually cover most of the heel on my boots but there is still a definite clicking sound when I walk. As of yet no one has said anything positive or negative. I am sort of a "KISS" fan so that is where I got my inspiration from. To quote their song "do you love me", it says, "you like my 7 inch leather heels and going to all of the shows but....do you love me?" And as for the Kohls stores you are right. i live in Canada and when I went to Kohls in the states they had some real winners in my book. I posted a picture of some boots in the unisex boot thread and they where from Kohls. Too bad I was travelling with my family at the time or I would have snapped those up in a instant.

  8. Nice heels Johnnie. Those are totally my style. Thats exactly what im looking for but not in knee height. Something like that but in a calve height would be perfect for me. So far I have found nothing that I like.

  9. I have now worn the above brown boots out many times and it gets easier every time. And so far no one has noticed or said anything but thats probably because my pants cover most of the heel. I'm currently looking for a boot in black but have yet to find something I like. Actually at Kohls in the states they have some decent boots. I really like their "poet" boot. It's part of the daisy fuentes collection its a nice simple boot that would be great for us.
