Great pictures and welcome to the board. Since you have been a reader, you know there are lots of good folks here that also enjoy wearing heels.

Have you tried heeling in public yet?

I’m a boot fan myself, have you tried them yet?

I dream of a world where chickens can cross roads without having their motives questioned.

Hi, rxrenesis,

Welcome to this marvelous site! :P

There is a very supportive and creative bunch of folks here.

Your photos: very nice! you certainly have the legs and feet for wearing heels appealingly.

I see you have an album on Photobucket. I do also. Will you drop in and take a look at my photos? I started a journal there, too. Perhaps we can support one another, if you create a journal, too.

My album address:

In 100 years no one will care that you wore high heels today.

So, Rxrenesis, how did you develop your enjoyment for women's shoes, and do you go out in public? I'd be most curious to know! :P

Well for the curious.... Fire up the way back machine... Anyone remember the platform shoes guys used to wear in the 70's? Better yet did anyone ever own sandals that went by the name Corkies? The platforms were a "safe" purchase while living at home but on campus the Corkies were daily wear. The plaforms went out with the style but the sandals got lost in one of my many moves. Fast forward... I rediscoverd my heeling when I discovered a pair of red heels sz10 left when mrs #2 moved out. I tried them and they fit and was planning to keep them but sadly they were missed. So I began my own collection only to have to purge it due to moving again. The current mrs is not a heel person 2" is her max and not excited about my heeling or my current collection. So I keep the public heeling kinda low if at all. On any solo road trip at least 2 or 3 pair of heels were in the car or bags and maybe a skirt. I've found that skirts are quite comfortable driving in specially in hot weather. I tend to lean to wedges for they seem to be the stealth heel for me. rx

I fully second this sentiment! I'm just a lighter shade of brown though. Great pictures.

A most interesting history, Rxrenesis. We all started somewhere, how something we became fascinated with at an early age jumpstarted our passion for wearing heels. I've also heard stories of how our passion can be difficult for a spouse to deal with. Well, just stay strong and stay the course, my friend. :P

Hi and welcome......thanks for posting your shoes and things. Your white pants and wedges really go well together and would be just perfect for those hot summer nites. jim

Yeah and I miss doing it. To be honest, I just got too scared. I want to start at it again. I've been wanting to wear my 5" mules out. But everytime I get the urge to I put them on get tot he door and start thinking what if that one wrong person saw me and then I turn back and head to my room.

Asdf174:-)

You did public heel before...how come you gave it up?

Cheers---

Asdf174:-) Nothing ventured, nothing gained. The next time you put your heels on go through that door and begin listening to the click-click of your heels on the pavement. You have done it before, it's not like this is your first time. Cheers--- Dawn HH

:P "Nothing ventured, nothing gained" true words. I'm going to try to street heel again. Maybe this weekend.

Good luck! :P
