I am soooo torn up right now...  Louboutin has stocked up for Christmas, and the Fabiola http://us.christianlouboutin.com/us_en/shop/women/fabiola.html

is available in EU 42/US 12 again.  On the other hand $2,395...  Probably the most expensive thing CL makes...
