The barriers men face wearing women's articles of clothing are merely concocted mental demons. Genetic women never asked genetic men's opinions nor did they apply to a nonexistent government agency for permission and certainly did not get the United Nations to sponsor a resolution on the topic. Since women are not governed by their egos then it explains why they tend to listen very well and are quick to spot the positive rather than fearing the negative.
