  1. Well done for you dbert!!! Glad you had fun in Camberley. It's a bit too close to where I live so I won't go there in heels myself. There are plenty of decent charity shops though, and they're always a good source of decent heels at very reasonable prices. The Oracle in Reading also has a branch of Faith which sadly is quite small, but there's a great Dune. Also, Schuh have a branch in the main shopping street. Well done again, keep on heeling!!!

  2. Hi Smudgeur Shame it didn't work our for you this time. Don't worry about the shops being busy though. Most people are too concerned with what their doing to be interested in someone else. Even if they do notice you, it'll be for a few seconds and then they're back in their own little world. Deep breath, and try again ;o)

  3. Hiya greybagred I can tell you from personal experience that the staff in Aldo in Covent Garden are great with guys trying and buying high heels. I've been in there many times and always got great service. One of the sales girls told me they get guys trying high heels just about everyday. It's their policy to treat people the same, regardless of their given gender, or their taste in footwear. By the way, there's a shopping arcade called Thoams Neal's close by which has a toilet where you can change your outfit if you don't want to travel on the tube fully dressed. The entrance is from Earlham Street. I hope you give it another try and really you'll enjoy yourself.

  4. Today I wore my brown Uniqlo wool dress, layered underneath with a black long sleeved tee and some black leggings (vintage Dorothy Perkins!) with kneehigh boots. Fun!

Sounds hot!! Where did you go in that outfit?

  5. Here are some shots of me in leggings. I usually try to pair them with longer tops to prevent frontal showing. The fourth pic is of denim-style leggings, only they're the dark denim so they don't show too clearly in the pic.

    Hiya Daniel

    All very sexy looks!!

    Los

  6. now would be the perfect time to slowly introduce them as part of you, just mention to your friend that you actually quite enjoyed wearing them at the party and thought you'd see how you go wearing them in everyday life and thought, what's the harm?

don't let this oppurtinity slip through your fingers! many men on this forum would die to have a chance like this!

100% agree. Don't let this door to happiness close on you now you've kicked it open!!!

  7. Hi all,

I'm new here. I've browsed and read posts for a long time, and tried to deny that I'm a heel wearer. I'm a normal straight married guy, I don't cross dress, but I love looking at women in heels, and I get a kick out of wearing them.

I have a couple of pairs of my own which I keep well hidden from my wife. I only get to wear them occasionally when she's away from home.

I've been really brave and posted a video onto youtube, check it out and let me know your (positive) comments. I know the dancing isn't very good. Sorry!

    fan4hh.

Lovely shoes and you have very sexy legs in those fishnet holdups. I think you would look simply gorgeous in a slim fitting black pencil skirt, just about knee length. Why not give it a try?

    Have fun

  8. In this case, only one of us was street-heeling.

He received most of the negative attention - mainly within the 'upmarket' shops (Moda-in-Pelle, Dune, etc.)

Sorry to hear that. Are you saying the staff in Dune were negative towards you? I've always had great service in Dune in Oxford Street and Argylle Street.

  9. I love those red & black slingbacks and you're so right, they're so sexy!! One thing, do you always wear hose with them? In my experience they're more likely to slip and slide than if you have bare feet. That said, I love the sound and feel of stiletto mules or slingbacks when they flop back onto my heel and when they click on the floor.

  10. The main reason I wouldn't wear stilttoes is because snow usually ruins them, as does heavy rain. I also don't wear my other decent clothes in the rain or snow for the same reason. I know, I'm too hung up on things like this lol.

  11. It took 16 years for me to start wearing high heels in front of my SO. She always knew of my like for them but that was limited to me wanting her to wear them. Funnily enough though, she has started wearing heels more now I wear them. Should I ever have to start another relationship, I will be up front and open about my alternative dress style.

  12. Congratulations on your 1st outting. Here's to many more!! I started very much like you, now I go out for the day around London or the South East in high heels and really enjoy myself in doing so. The more you do it, the more confident you'll become. Well done again Of, and forgot to say, I lurve your shoes ;o)

  13. On Monday I went shopping in London wearing 4" purple stiletto boots, skintight fitting bootcut jeans which showed the bottom 2" of my heel, a co-ordinating purple fleece, under which was a black, fitted, scoop neck long sleeve t-shirt. On top I wore a long parka-style coat. I tottered around mainly Kensington, Oxford Street and then Carnaby Street. My boots were a big hit and quite a few girls said how much they liked them. I had a great day, tried shoes and boots in Dune and Faith, was given great service in these and every shop I went like Miss Sixty, American Apparel and more. One meathead of a "man" (who I suspect was the worse for drink) decided to call me "darling" as he walked past in the street, but you know what? I honestly didn't care!! As someone else wrote on here a while ago, I have the right to dress how I please. Yes, I have a certain look which may be effeminate, but I was also sporting 2 days' designer stubble too. Anyway, why should I care? He's the one with the problem, not me!! The only shame was my day had to end, but they'll be plenty more. As soon as this damn snow clears up ;o)

  14. I shave mine every 2 weeks at least as hairless looks so much better when wearing strappy sandals or any other shoe which has the foot on display. It also helps when trying high heels on in a shoe shop. Men with well cared for feet I think are treated a little better when trying on shoes. Also, always wear knee highs / pop sox when going out. Again, this shows the shop assistant you're in touch with who you are and what you want to wear.
