I am also a boot lover. I have looked at the boots of Jimmy Choo, Gucci and the alike and have one word on the price. No Way in Hell!!!!

I got a pair of rampage boots named brooklyn and they are a very comfortable pair to wear around in general. They have a nice tie up lace on the top of the back of the boot.

I would love to work at a shoe store as well, but as a part time job. I had suggested it to my niece who is a high heel fashionista as well. She said the same thing about her pay check being blown before is was earned.

Roni, belated happy b-day. I know what your saying on the size issue of Burlington Coat Factory shoes and boots. I have gone to couple of the stores and I have never found any size 11's in heels in these stores. Mind you the selection of shoes and boots is wonderful.

I just recieved my Steve Madden Irinna over the knee boots yesterday and they are so great, just a bit tight in one foot. But I feel it will stretch out a bit with wear.

I was just wondering and wanted to hear your feedback. I usually go over the various pages of high heel shoes and boots from about November up to January. As soon as the sales start in January I take advantage of the sales. I did so on most of the heels I have mentioned on the shoes and boots I have mentioned on the who has bought what. Do any of you do this?

I picked up today a pair of Baby Phat black suede pumps called Chance. They are very comfortable, I have not had a chance to walk in them yet.

I picked up a boot on clearence. A nine west called real cute, it is a black leather knee high that is quite comfortable and easy to walk in.

I agree, those boots are quite nice

Correction on the Guess boot name, it is not Lovy, but Parks and I just saw a picture of them on the endless webpage.

Besides the pumps I got that I mentioned on the shoe page. I also purchased 2 pairs of Carlos Santana boots Illicit and Lace over the weekend. Illicit is a pull on blk boot with both a comfortable height of heel and platform and the Lace is an over the knee boot also in black I ordered and am expecting within the week. Today I got from another store from Guess an over the knee boot called Lovy. They are quite comfortable and have a wonderful rubber like sole that is perfect in this weather of cold and rain.

Over this last weekend, I purchase a pair of Steve Madden Caryssa Black Suede pumps in a size 11. I got them home and they fit just perfectly if not better than I expect. I am next setting my eyes on a pair of the Baby Phat Chance pumps in Black Suede. Looking to get these to go heeling to the movies in.

As for me pass on those shoes.

With the very cold weather out here on the west coast I have been wearing my boot to bed. Last nite I wore my Diba whisper OTK boots to bed and I am very glad I did. They run the entire length of the leg and kept my legs perfectly warm, with no complaint from my wife.

I also drive in either my high heel pumps or boots with a 4" heel. I have both a niece and step-daughter that know of my heel wearing and are impressed with my driving skills when they are along with me and my wife.

I love them, I want to get a pair of the blk suede ones as well

I wore my blk Guess snow style knee high front zip wedge boots and when I sat at the dinner table for dinner I wore my blk Nine West pumps.

I have voted for knee boots as well, but with the current styles of thigh high boots being so fashionable to wear and not show anything that says they are thigh high boots. (I got one pair from DSW and one from Victoria Secrets and want one more from Baker Shoes) I am beginning to lean towards thigh high boots.

I love those boots, would love to know how much the currency exchange would be from british pound notes to U.S. dollars?

When I get a chance to wear them when I get home from work I will either slip into a pair of my high heel boots or high heel pumps.

Not bad on the heels.

I have said this before, but for me I wear mine with jeans that will at least cover the heels, with the toes expose (closed toe that is) and I go all over the place. This last weekend I went to the the Wal-Marts and walked around there along with my wife with no problems of any kind.

The one thought to keep in mind is this. If your gf wears an appropriate skirt with the thigh boots, no will notice. I have known of ladies that have thigh boots and will wear skirts in the just above the knee to mid calf length and wear their thigh boots with them and no one is any wiser for what they are wearing for their boots.

Let us not forget everyone's favorite rock diva Lady Gaga had a fall I believe at Hethrow Airport that was given a chuckle by David Letterman.

I have always found thigh high stockings very comfortable for me to wear with my high heel boots.
