  1. I ordered from Endless.com the Mia boot called "midnight" a pull on up to the knee if not over it boot in black patent and a 4" heel. I have tried them on and they are really comfortable to wear. I am actually looking at getting some closed toe slingbacks next believe it or not.

  2. I look at this with mixed feelings. On one side I feel the media is trying to make her become a "People" magazine mom in jeans wearing either sneakers or some flat sandal while taking her child someplace. The other side is that she along with her fellow member of "Spice" were always looking to cause some sort of a brew up just to make news. I remember her being on "Howard Stern" and even pissing him off with her comments.

  3. Well I finally got the two pairs of Aldo Shoes boots Vincenta and Volpert. The Vincenta boots is quite comfortable and easy to walk in. The Volpert boot is nice, but a bit snug and I am taking those to my local shoer to get them stretched a bit in the front. I told my gf soon to be bride and she said to be sure to bring them along to Mass this June.

  4. The way I read this EMO is somewhat like a local bdsm group I use to frequent at the munches/get togethers. I would show up in a pair of my trendy high heel boots, with some of the ladies impressed with what I would wear, while others I felt were somewhat either uncomfortable with my wearing woman's high heel boots or just possibly jealous I could walk so well in them. Those who were honest enough to say what they thought of my heel wearing were somewhat placed in the outcast list. I finally got fed up with them and no longer frequent there get togethers anymore. I feel the people of that answered the yahoo question somewhat deserve the same. If their egos are brusied, I am sorry. But I am not going to change what I do because of them. My 2 cents.

  5. I have been putting it off until today and decided to break-in my new Guess "Teddie" boots today and see how they were to street heel in. The boot is a knee high with platform and a 4 1/4 -4 1/2 " heel. I was a little concerned how they would be in and found them quite comfortable to heel in. I went through one of the local "membership stores" and it seemed with my boots I seem to notice all the women in the store with their boots ranging from nice to wow!! I stood over by the computers for a bit and with some my other boots I have had them become a bit sore standing in them, not so with these boots. After walking around the store a bit I then went to the local libary and went to the computer section there to do some internet research (some problems on my computer won't let me access certain sites) I sat at one of the stations and not one person noticed. The boots are quite comfortable and keep my legs warm. I got finished today by going to a local restaurant in the boots and ordering some dinner. All in all a very nice day to walk in my Guess boots.

  6. The only pairs of boots I will wear when I go heeling normally are my knee high boots, except when I feel the occasion calls for either my mid-calf or pants boots then I will wear those, but for me knee highs are my first choice

  7. Thanks for all your comments - I really appreciate the support.

I have just brought another pair of boots from Aldo - I could not resist the sale price - they are called Cipollettia. They are more dressy that the Volpert boots I already have with a much pointer toe.

What do you think?? - what outfit do you think they will go with???

Another boot you might consider and it does look very sexy by Aldoshoes is the Vicenta Boot. if you look at that you will see is very unique with the toe design.

  8. I did a unique way of breaking in my Baby Phat boots. I drove to a drive in in them and they feel wonderful. (am wearing them as I type). The boots are quiet when I walk in them and not that tight. Got a feeling my bride to be will want to know I am wearing these.

  9. I puchased two more pairs of boots this last weekend. Chinese Laundry Ariel's which are black knee highs with a hidden platform and at least a 4" heel. I also Baby Phat Juliet boot which is knee highs with the side of the boot saying "Baby Phat also a black patent toe with a 4" heel. I am trying to decide which boot I will wear out to the local restaurant. The Baby Phat is somewhat of a stand out boot I will most likely wear if going to the post office or somewhere black patent will not be noticed.

  10. To ring in the new year myself after going to a safe and sober New Year's model train event (did not wear heels there) I changed into my new Guess Teddie boots and drove from the event to a local restaurant in the boots and went inside in them. The boots were absolutely comfortable and quiet walking in them. No one noticed the boots, but they felt so comfortable and wonderful. Can't think of a better way to ring in the new year.

  11. My level is that of Neutral. I am not over concerned about it, but I like to be careful. I have noticed and remember from the "Shawshank Redemption" what was said by Morgan Freeman's chracter "that no one ever notices the shoes your wearing". I have come to observe that of others even though I do love to look at the heels the ladies are wearing.

  12. My three pairs of boots finally arrived (Payless Rhumba boots, Jessica Simpson Salvator boots and Guess Teddie boots) They all arrived on Christmas Eve and I have tried on all three pairs and they are simply great to walk in!!! My only issue is which pair am I going to go street heeling in first

  13. I prefer boots to any other kind of heels. I just recently found some round toed shoes from enigma, 2 pairs to be exact. One a Mary Jane, the other a pump with an ankle strap. I plan to wear those over the summer since boots right now are perfect with this cold weather. brrrrrrrrr.

  14. In the last three days I have ordered the following boots. Rhumba from payless, Jessica Simpson Salvator and Guess Teddie boot from Macy's. I am guessing the prices are going to dramaticly drop in January. Any thoughts on that? Oh my bride to be is going to order two or three of them from the local AldoShoes for me to wear back in Mass. when I go there.

  15. When my bride to be and I started talking over 2 years ago, one of the first things I told her for whatever reason I did was that I love to wear woman's high heel shoes and boots. She was absolutley good with this and since that time and even now encourages me to wear them. She says it is quite a turn on when we are chatting and she hears me pulling up the zippers on a pair of my boots. She is already making plans to purchase some pairs of boots for me for my visit to Mass in 09. I see pairs that I think will look good I will send her the name of the boot and what store has them to get her feedback. I don't think anyone could ask for a better partner than that.

  16. I am not a big shoe fan, but got the bug with some pairs from Enigma from the now defunct Shoe Pavillion. the three pairs I got were two round toe platform pumps. One a Mary Jane style the other with an ankle strap. The third was a T-strap spike heeled pointy toe. All in a size 11. Have been talking to my bride to be and she has hinted strongly that she will be getting some pairs (2-3) of boots come January for me to wear when I go back to Mass to see her in 09.

  17. When my bride to be and I were chatting long distance, I told her about my heel wearing and she was quite comfortable with it. When she came out here for her vacation, she saw me in my heels and was quite happy that i wear them. On evenings when I will be out doing errands, she will say "what boots are you wearing?" owing that she can hear them when we are chatting. She has even hinted that when I come out to where she lives back in Mass in 09, that she will have a pair or two waiting for me to put on when I get there.
