ShockQueen
I saw these online, and the fact that they go all the way up to size 16 was appealing (sometimes I need a 15 if they're too narrow): http://www.dressed2play.com/se205instpak.html The only dilemma I have is this. I want to wear them under black jeans, so I'm not sure which color would be best. I'm kinda torn between black pu, silver, white, or baby pink. Thoughts? Thanks! Shafted
Neutrals like black, white or silver will go with just about anything. Color in footwear requires a bit more thought. I try to match the color in a shirt while keeping a neutral color in a pair of pants. You have to be careful about two similar colors too close to each other such as shoes and pants as they can clash. The other option is to wear complimentary colors. Shafted, the boots that is! SQ Hi Shock Queen, with your US 14 or US 15 (EU 46/47) you seem to have a severe problem. It's still a normal male foot size, but the demand for fashionable styles is simply too low. Your size is beyond female oversizes (already often ugly) and hence you are restricted to fetish styles. With my EU 44/45 size I'm living in a grey zone between female fashionable styles (sqeezing sometimes my feet) and the fetish styles for guys. For my taste the fetish styles are boring! In my opinion you have made the best choice from this dilemma. These boots and their colours aren't bad. With black jeans I would choose in your place the black ones. But you should ponder about the baby pink boots together with light blue jeans! Last weekend at CSD in Frankfurt I wore my new rosé coloured italian stiletto boots under bleached blue hipjeans and a short top-shirt in the same colour as my boots. In my opinion a very fashionable outfit Here a link to the seller http://images.auctionworks.com/fullView.asp?img=http://images.auctionworks.com/hi/68/67985/4001.jpg They are offered up to EU 45 (US 13). But still too small for you and the charges for overseas shipment are high nice greetings micha The best fashion is your own fashion!
Shafted
Hi micha, I still would like to see a picture of you in those pink boots. Kudos to you fashion bravery. Shafted, the boots that is! ShockQueen
OK....so it's down to black or pink then. I like both, so we'll have to see. Perhaps one colour one month, and then the following month get the other pair! Yeah....there we go. Now to get some fresh batteries for the camera. I owe some people some serious pictures. JeffB
Nice looking boots, SQ. I would agree that black is a good first choice, from there, regarding other colors, if you match a shirt with the boots, then pair them with black jeans, you'd have a sharp looking ensemble. I'm eagerly looking forward to pictures. P.S. Sexy Shoes sells the same sort of boot, but only offers four colors: Black, black patent, white patent and pink patent. ShockQueen
Yeah...that's my first thought. I'm going through dressed2play since I got a nice 15% off coupon, but of course I'm going to e-mail them first to make sure what colours they have in stock before ordering. I'm thinking in order of preference: 1st: black pu 2nd: babypink pat 3rd: black pat 4th: silver Guess we'll see come Friday what happens! Then again, I also have been discovering some awesome new music from In-Grid and Blumchen that is just heavenly, so.....who knows :-) SQ.....still busting societal molds with a smile...and a 50-ton sledge! JeffB
SQ: The more I look at those charming boots, the more intrigued I become. And when I become intrigued, that usually leads to a purchase! HA! On top of that, with fall coming soon, I definitely need a nice pair of knee high boots, and the price is right. I like the black pu and might well go for those! I'll keep you posted on that! ShockQueen
And the race is on! :-) Yeah...I'm pretty sure I'll go for the black pu ones for the black jeans, and then follow up with the baby pink ones for some blue jeans. Should be fun! SQ.....still busting societal molds with a smile...and a 50-ton sledge!
JeffB
Yep! The race is most definitely on! I'm gonna place my order for a pair of Seduce 2000's in black pu on Monday as those boots are simply too charming to pass up! Like I said, when I see something I like, I buy it! Just for fun, I did a Google search for those boots and found another site that sells them. The fun part here is that they have pics of all the colors which you can click on to see enlarged views like above, which is really cool! Shafted
Wouldn't mind a pair of those myself. It's nice to see a plain stiletto boot with a classic pointed toe for change. Shafted, the boots that is! BobHH
Do they have a zipper, or do you have to try to get them on without one? I have a problem trying to get my feet into boots even with laces, and almost impossible with a zipper. Calf size is also a problem, though I never thought mine were that big. Danielinheels
wow, these are nice and at $40 + shipping, affordable. I've needed some boots for my collection for awhile. I'm down to what I call my interview pumps as the only well-heeled women's shoes I have. Time to build it back up, and these are a good choice Be yourself; everyone else is already taken. - Oscar Wilde

JeffB
Well, with fall approaching, I do need new boots as what I have in my collection right now are a good four years old----and only have three and a half inch heels! UGH! I'm sure these new beauties will be a welcome addition! It's funny, I'm not by nature an impulse shopper, normally, I'll mull over something for days before making a purchase, but when it comes to women's shoes, I just dive right in, quick, fast and in a hurry! I don't want to LOOK like a woman, I just want to DRESS like a woman!
