BobHH
Tried to find a subject to put this under without starting a new one. An acquaintance cued me to this picture (it was free). The theme is all to clear. If it is too porno, then the moderator can remove it.
Dawn HH
O.K. so I have seen it. You can remove it now. I don't think that it is appropriate for this Forum even though high heels are shown in the pic. Cheers--- Dawn HH High Heeled Boots Forever! heelme
You can count me as a reinforcement for the platform lovers here. Most of my shoes are 6"/2" along with one pair of lace up knee highs. I haven't experienced the unstableness talked about here. On the contrary, I've felt the one piece sole more stable for walking with less heel twist. I agree you'll fall farther, but I contend you can twist you ankle in sneakers too if you step wrong. I recently added a pair of wood soled 6"/2" with a small toe strap and ankle strap. I am a HUGE fan of the, what I call, 80s shoes and boot styles. It there is one thing that will turn my head every time, it's a tall, slender stacked heel! Good stuff . These woods are from Kris K, known on the internet as shoesUSA.com. I hate to overpay for something and while I like their shoes, I think they're priced on the high side, especially since the wood "Candie's" has reemerged this year and everyone is making one - just not in my size (13). I doubt I'll ever wear these plats on the street, but I sure enjoy the fit and feel, at least for my feet. I feel much better with more support between the sole and heel tip, like a good heavy leather sole like Zodiac made.
Bubba136
Anyone that wants to view pics like that can always go to the porn sites. The internet is full of them -- and a lot are free, too. Being mentally comfortable in your own mind is the key to wearing heels in public.
Shafted
While the above picture is definitely erotic is it porn? I don't think so as there is no revealing of genitalia or simulated sexual act. Shafted, the boots that is! Shafted
Let's put it this way Bubba. Would you call a photo of a dildo and nothing else porn? Shafted, the boots that is! Bubba136
Just a question! I wouldn't say that was just a picture of a dildo --- it was kinda of suggestive, (looks like the guy in the pic was getting to get - your nickname ) if you know what I'm saying. But, no argument from me, Shafted. Being mentally comfortable in your own mind is the key to wearing heels in public.

Dawn HH
Even though I'm not into plats, I sure do like to look at them, but I prefer a more family oriented type of pic myself. You guys can argue all day and all night whether it is porn or not, but there are lots of other spots on the internet if you want that sort of thing. I just don't think it is appropriate here on this Forum. Just my opinion for what it is worth. Cheers--- Dawn HH High Heeled Boots Forever! Bubba136
Dawn is correct. There are a lot of other websites aficionados of that type of stuff can visit. Some are even free.....or, so I understand. However, I'm not quibbling with your definition. You can see it that way if you want to . radiodave
I too like platform sandals, and my girlfriend lets me wear these around the house. They are surprisingly comfortable and not that hard to walk in.
Bubba136
Hi radiodave! You're right! Those are platforms, aren't they? Being mentally comfortable in your own mind is the key to wearing heels in public.
BobHH
Those may not be hard to walk in, at least until you hit something uneven, like a rock or the edge of something. I should know - I was careless entering the house the other day and stepped on the edge of a 1+ in. mat with my 6" platforms. Very embarassing to find oneself on the ground quickly. No damage done except to the pride. Tilting inwards isn't the main problem - it's outwards that's uncontrollable.
BobHH
OK guys, I deleted the objectionable picture in the post. Not sure how to delete the whole message, but then the replies would be left hanging.
Dawn HH
RadioDave:-) Boy!!! You really are up in the world on those plats. I get a nose-bleed just thinking about standing on them, much less walking on them. Welcome to the Forum. Bob HH:-) I, for one, appreciate you deleting the objectionable pic from your post. Thanks. sexyplatforms
Dear Radiodave, those are some remarkable plats! I too find the 8.5" Pleaser plats relatively easy to walk in (assuming a firm even surface). Does your girlfrend wear plats too? If so, a pic of you guys together in plats would be very cool! SP. Bubba136
BobHH, that pic wasn't really objectionable -- it's just that there are so many other websites that one can go to to get that kind of material. I find this forum very refreshing because it doesn't rely upon sensational photographs to maintain it's membership or popularity Thaks for removing it. .
