BritSpike
Wow! I saw these on the Milanoo website yesterday. I have no idea what the quality is like but I wish I could afford to slip my feet in these.

dahool
I read about milanoo.com and there are many websites telling the site is a scam. Please be aware of that.

Heelsfor30
Aliexpress is legitimate. I've ordered about 8 different pairs from the site from 6 or 7 different sellers.
onyourtoes
My one purchase from Milanoo had no problems.
hh&c fan
For me they look like a knock-off of some La Piazza sandals. Beware, their website is incredibly and annoyingly ugly... but still, they offer high quality handmade shoes... http://www.lapiazza-highheels.com/newyor5.jpg http://www.lapiazza-highheels.com/11607o.jpg http://www.lapiazza-highheels.com/11607e.jpg These look very close to the milanoo ones right? http://www.lapiazza-highheels.com/05__e.htm
Dr. Shoe
It seems a lot of money to pay for bit of wood and an overlength heel... Just note that these shoes don't really cost much more to make than a pair without the platform. Graduate footwear designer able to advise and assist on modification and shoe making projects. vector
The extra cost is probably for the liability insurance (at least in the states).

UKsensation
Aliexpress is legitimate. I've ordered about 8 different pairs from the site from 6 or 7 different sellers. How have you found sizing and quality from Aliexpress? Are you ordering platforms or stilettos? (Apologies if you've mentioned this elsewhere!)
Heelsfor30
I've ordered all platforms. Sizing can be a little tricky. I always look at the size chart for each seller. If it's close I would order the larger size.
Diana High Heels
I have bought many shoes from Milanoo and the site is certainly NOT a scam, the quality is good, delivery is fast. The ebay site RTBU is an off shoot of Milanoo and priced about the same if not slightly cheaper. I would have no problems recommending them due to my own experience, in all I have bought 10 pairs of shoes/boots from them. My average heel height is 61\2" on size 9 feet
