Arctic Posted December 28, 2003 Posted December 28, 2003 I like the 2nd and 3rd of your last post, and also almost all from the first! What's all the fuss about?
Heelfan Posted December 29, 2003 Posted December 29, 2003 Hello Nho! Good collection! I've lived and street-heeled in central Bristol for the last 16 years. I take a size 9 - 9 1/2 UK (11.5 - 12 US) so I can't buy at the ordinary local ladies' shoe shops that only go up to 7 or 8 UK. However, I have bought a lot of nice heeled shoes and boots from the Bristol shoe shops that do go up to 9 or 10 UK: Barratts, Evans Ltd. (almost next door to Barratts) and Brantano (next to the showcase cinema). Occasionally Faith (at the entrance to the Galleries) does a nice model in a 9, and occasionally River Island in Broadmead do the odd style that is large enough to fit me. However, I didn't know we had a Payless or a Mastershoe here in Bristol. Can you tell me where they are please? Cheerfully yours, Heelfan Onwards and upwards!
nhoj62 Posted December 29, 2003 Author Posted December 29, 2003 ok edit to my first post that should say priceless shoes not payless my mistake,DUH!. oh well hope i ain`t confused too many people out there. later nhoj62 the higher the boot, the higher the heel, the better the feeling!

shyguy Posted December 31, 2003 Posted December 31, 2003 I envy you, you practice until you walk well in them. Wish I could... He was so narrow minded he could see through a keyhole with both eyes. Brown's Law: If the shoe fits, it's ugly
nhoj62 Posted December 31, 2003 Author Posted December 31, 2003 wish i could shyguy but the parents don`t approve of my heel wearing and at the moment i have not introduced them to my thigh highs they know about knee highs tho so that is ok. i get lots of practice in lower 4.5 heels tho so i am on my way. i only get to practice 5.5inch heels when parents are out. later nhoj62 the higher the boot, the higher the heel, the better the feeling!
Arctic Posted December 31, 2003 Posted December 31, 2003 wow, those black thigh highs are great indeed, DEFENITELY at that price...!! What's all the fuss about?

Firefox Posted January 18, 2004 Posted January 18, 2004 Certainly distinctive. I prefer the detailing on the foot to that on the shaft.
nhoj62 Posted January 18, 2004 Author Posted January 18, 2004 i had seen them on the web some where before an when they showed up at local shoe shop i just had to have them, but ihave to agree the shaft detail is a little fussy but it ok. the higher the boot, the higher the heel, the better the feeling!
J-Nation Posted January 18, 2004 Posted January 18, 2004 Isn't it bad luck to put new shoes on the table?! (or computer desk) I can't say I'm a fan of all that detailing; I prefer mine unadorned. Emma
nhoj62 Posted January 18, 2004 Author Posted January 18, 2004 emma it only available flat space i got at the mo, ever other surface got stuff on oh well back to the tidying up. nhoj62 the higher the boot, the higher the heel, the better the feeling!
loveheel Posted January 18, 2004 Posted January 18, 2004 Your blockheels seem to have some wear on them. I guess you wear them outside ? What about the stiletto heels ? Do you take them out ? I have just started buying stilleto boots and while I regularly wear heels to go shopping I have been hesitant to wear my very feminine boots (narrow point, 4.5" stiletto heel)
