meganiwish Posted February 28, 2013 Posted February 28, 2013 You'll have seen the thing about the plan by the billionaire. I can follow the thinking, but what do you think?
dww Posted February 28, 2013 Posted February 28, 2013 Yep I would jump at the chance to go into space, but thats as far as I would go. Mars moon etc noway. life is not a rehearsal
meganiwish Posted February 28, 2013 Author Posted February 28, 2013 You'd need a good pogo stick to jump that far.

meganiwish Posted February 28, 2013 Author Posted February 28, 2013 Apparently, it ain't the kind of place to raise your kids. In fact it's cold as Hell. And there's no-one there to raise them if you did. That, and the lawmen are always beating up the wrong guy.
yozz Posted February 28, 2013 Posted February 28, 2013 Heeling under zero gravity might also not be very interesting. The trip takes quite a while. The Mars company should of course put in some sponsoring, but that may mean that you have to eat an awful lot of sweets. On the positive side: you may get more mass, but still be a lot lighter than on earth. Y. Raise your voice. Put on some heels.
