fatfuzz
Anyone know of such an event taking place in the UK? Seems like a good way to "break the ice" as far as wearing heels in public is concerned - with the added bonus of raising cash for a good cause... thighhighguy
If we cant find an event out there maybe we need to get a good charity cause and do one ourselves.

wetwillie
I would suggest you contact: walkamileinhershoes.org It is, after all, an international men's march.

SF
Walk a Mile in her Shoes.... I believe they have those events in the UK. I have been in a few over here in the US, the events are fun, support a good (but possibly unachievable) cause - anti violence, and are a darn good excuse to get out in public in high heels!!! Have fun... sf "Why should girls have all the fun!!"

I hope you're able to find an event close to you that you can participate. I participated in a walk last year in my town and it was delightful experience. I wish you luck in finding an event near you.

wetwillie
I just got info for 2 events planned in Ohio. The first is in Columbus. Registration fee is $50.00. That's a bit too steep for me. The second is in Springfield. No registration fees, only asking for donations. I will be walkiing in this one.
Mike Hinch
Actually that $50 is not so bad as it goes to a good cause and if I got it right that includes a souvenir T shirt.
