Steve63130
My feet get too hot in pumps, but when I switched to sandals, they're perfect. I can sleep comfortably all night in them and they don't get too hot. I wear between 3 and 4" heels. Steve
Shafted
Personally I don't recommend wearing stilettos to bed. Did it once when I was drunk and woke up to torn sheets. Shafted, the boots that is! HighNHeels83
Personally I don't recommend wearing stilettos to bed. Did it once when I was drunk and woke up to torn sheets. I do not recommend it simply for the fact that your feet change shapes and your body uses the time that you rest to reset itself. Prolonged wearing heels while sleeping can cause damage, but again. If you do not do it every night that I do not see the harm in doing it every once and awhile... Steve63130
Prolonged wearing heels while sleeping can cause damage... I don't mean to be rude, but I take issue with this statement. Do you have any proof of it or is it just your conjecture or perhaps something you've heard? Can you quote a medical journal article or a reputable web site? Steve Regretfully I can not find a link for you. I recall seeing a British Journal on it along time ago when I started wearing high heels all the time. I was of course very concerned about the health risk and prolonged wearing of heels. Sorry. jhs
Did the British journal "prove" something about wearing HH in bed whilst asleep, or "just" wearing HH in general? Greetings Hans.
