Steve63130 Posted January 27, 2011 Posted January 27, 2011 My feet get too hot in pumps, but when I switched to sandals, they're perfect. I can sleep comfortably all night in them and they don't get too hot. I wear between 3 and 4" heels. Steve
Shafted Posted May 25, 2011 Posted May 25, 2011 Personally I don't recommend wearing stilettos to bed. Did it once when I was drunk and woke up to torn sheets. Shafted, the boots that is! HighNHeels83 Posted May 26, 2011 Posted May 26, 2011 Personally I don't recommend wearing stilettos to bed. Did it once when I was drunk and woke up to torn sheets. I do not recommend it simply for the fact that your feet change shapes and your body uses the time that you rest to reset itself. Prolonged wearing heels while sleeping can cause damage, but again. If you do not do it every night that I do not see the harm in doing it every once and awhile... Men: Never ask a woman to wear a pair that you wouldn't! ~HnH83~
Steve63130 Posted May 26, 2011 Posted May 26, 2011 Prolonged wearing heels while sleeping can cause damage... I don't mean to be rude, but I take issue with this statement. Do you have any proof of it or is it just your conjecture or perhaps something you've heard? Can you quote a medical journal article or a reputable web site? Steve
legs777777 Posted May 26, 2011 Posted May 26, 2011 Hi all I have done this quite a few times, no damage yet, and very enjoyable.

Steve Regretfully I can not find a link for you. I recall seeing a British Journal on it along time ago when I started wearing high heels all the time. I was of course very concerned about the health risk and prolonged wearing of heels. Sorry. Men: Never ask a woman to wear a pair that you wouldn't! ~HnH83~
jhs Posted May 27, 2011 Posted May 27, 2011 Did the British journal "prove" something about wearing HH in bed whilst asleep, or "just" wearing HH in general? Greetings Hans.
