  1. I agree with DR 1819, to wear all the time, my 4" heeled boots from Bronx are really comfortable, but I love my Screams for the fun of wearing a ridiculous heel, you just need to be careful outside with the thin heel

  2. I've been out in mine, although not very far. If you get them a size too big and put some padding under the ball of your foot, they are walkable in, UNTIL you find a downhill slope. :evil: They're good fun, but you've got to watch where your going, and driving in them is interesting, BB

  3. Hi ILH, I would seriously think about getting some toe cushions first. They make wearing of any ballet type footwear much more comfortable. Make sure they are tightly fastened, and don't try doing too much too soon. Practice standing in them, then try walking around. Within no time you'll be able to take them for a walk outdoors, where you need to keep a look out for downhill bits and other obstacles, but ballets are great fun - ENJOY! BB2000
