Kerm, this may take a little time to set up - so don't hold your breath BB

Hi Bill, I think with shoes like that, you really want to fit castors to them. Now that really would be fun, as you'd have no means of pushing off. Thinks............ BB

Hi folks, i tried skating in both my ballet heels, plus my 12" thigh lengths the other night, and captured it on my digital camera. Does anyone know how to host 10+Meg video captions ?

Oh well, it was worth a thought BB

Kerm, are you planning going skating in these boots? BB

Musikindo, what is the main problem? are your toes getting sore, or is it tendons and muscles? Give us a little more help, and we will do our best to help BB

My 12" heeled platform thigh boots cost me the best part of £600 nearly 8 years ago from Ritual. They have stood the test of time well, so as with most things, you get what you pay for. BB

4" plastic moulded soles with a mule top. Not the most glamourous, but easy enough to get off when the parents were about !

Ruud, look forward to seeing your new footwear. BB

6" is comfy, I can wear them for ages. My 6.75" heels, can be worn for an hour, but after a while, my ankles start to ache.

Hi Ruud, need a photographer? BB2000

Kerm, thanks for trying out the idea. nhoj62 is missing the point, that by by getting some smaller skates, I want them to be unstable. I have tried rollerblades, but was never comfy with them. I have been out and skated in 6" heels, as was showed in the pics. (Will have to find another host) If you can find a gentle down hill slope, the feeling is brilliant. There used to be a 125m length slope near where I lived, and to roll down there on your highest heels, not being able to control much with your feet, in case you fall, is special. When I was taking the pics I posted before, I had the same trouble as Kerm, getting back to the camera, especially in my ballets. Ballets always seem to push backwards. I have more control in my 12" platform thighs! Kerm, keep up the good work, and lets see some more pics, BB

Dawn, you are not the only one who is looking forward to seeing the pictures as well.

Archenemies have been threatening to put something up for weeks. Let's see what happens.

Ellenjay, those shoes are fantastic, and you seem to be doing ok so far with them. Hopefully with a little practice you will be able to take them outdoors for a small excursion, and maybe get a piccie or two?

Kerm, they are a really nice pair of boots, and shouldn't be too hard to walk in, due to the support you will get off all that lacing. We look forward to a picture of you in them, when you finally get them.
-
Nice boots, but I think as you say, the price is a little expensive.

Ellen-jay, thanks for posting some of your pics of heels on the driving thread. They look great, BB2000
