  1. On the rare moments I feel something, it shows up in my calves faster as in the tendons. When wearing 5-inch for very long time or distances, the first thing I feel is heat under the ball of my feet.

  2. Hi Julietta, thanks for sharing those moments with us, illustrated true stories with nice shoes (yes I even like the cork wedges) are always a delight to read, especially when they are written in a natural way. PS: next time you picture youself, smile at the camera, there are thousands of heelers watching you. Have a nice weekend, Highluc

  3. Hi Jim, thanks for the compliments obout my legs and outfit. It really isn't a CD event, it's a get together I organise monthly basically for transgendered people and their partners. We usually come together with about 15 people, enjoy a good meal, listen to a relevant speaker and afterwards chat with eachother till well past midnight. It has nothing to do with the flamboyant CD or drag queen parties. The main target group is are the transgendered people who feel they need to express their other gender as well, without the need to impersonate it or switch sexes. Some of our people show up in "normal" male mode, others androgynous and others more feminine. This was the first time I attempted the latter and it was very satisfying and I got lots of positive comments (especially from the real girls). Bye

  4. Last Saturday I went to a meeting of transgendered people and experimented wearing this outfit.

Slingbacks are true 5-inchers and I stood on them from 7 in the evening till 4 in the morning.

  5. I'm glad to hear your wife survived the incident Hiluc Did you ever tell her why the accident happened.?

Immediately, no point in denying the pacts, she always was well aware of my interest and knew I couldn't pass a girl without looking what kind of shoes she wore.
  6. I think the later years have shown that fashion is getting more open minded on all accounts. While a decade ago fashion dictated only this or that could be worn and indeed was worn by everybody, now new styles get added but older ones remain popular and as such we see a mix or different shoes and clothes being worn on the streets. This allows the people to have a broader choice of what to wear and to buy (increased business) but also allows us to wear clothes better suited to the job, our mind, our confort or mood. Nowadays you can get away with almost any style at any event and will not be criticised because you wear something outdated. The endless combinations afforded by this let people better express their personallity instead of just following the herd all wearing similar stuff during just a single season. With the shoes we have seen exactly the same happening. Both in the stores and on the streets you can find a mix of flat trainers, kitten heeled shoes, chunky or stilettos and platforms of any types. I don't complain. While in the 70's platforms came and went in about 5 years, this time they have been around more than a decade and probably their advantages (yes their are) will keep people buying them from time to time. Just my observation and wishfull thinking, comments welcome.

  7. Ever spoken and wished that you could take the words back...or that you could crawl into a hole? Here are a few people who do.... 1. I walked into a hair salon with my husband and three kids in tow and asked loudly, "How much do you charge for a shampoo and a blowjob? I turned around and walked back out and never went back. My husband didn't say a word... he knew better. Melinda Lowe, 39, Seguin, TX 2. I was at the golf store comparing different kinds of golf balls. I was unhappy with the women's type I had been using. After browsing for several minutes, I was approached by one of the good-looking gentlemen who works at the store. He asked if he could help me. Without thinking, I looked at him and said, "I think I like playing with men's balls." Colleen Collins, 31, Ferndale, MI 3. My sister and I were at the mall and passed by a store that sold a variety of nuts. As we were looking at the display case, the boy behind the counter asked if we needed any help. I replied, "No, I'm just looking at your nuts." My sister started to laugh hysterically, the boy grinned, and I turned red and walked away. To this day, my sister has never let me forget. Faye Emerick, 34, Ellerslie, MD 4. While in line at the bank one afternoon, my toddler decided to release some pent-up energy and ran amok. I was finally able to grab hold of her after receiving looks of disgust and annoyance from other patrons. I told her that if she did not start behaving "right now" she would be punished. To my horror, she looked me in the eye and said in a voice just as threatening, "If you don't let me go right now, I will tell Grandma that I saw you kissing Daddy's pee-pee last night!" The silence was deafening after this enlightening exchange. Even the tellers stopped what they were doing. I mustered up the last of my dignity and walked out of the bank with my daughter in tow. The last thing I heard when the door closed behind me were screams of laughter. Amy Richardson, Stafford, Virginia 5. A lady picked up several items at a discount store. When she finally got up to the checker, she learned that one of her items had no price tag. Imagine her embarrassment when the checker got on the intercom and boomed out for all the store to hear, "PRICE CHECK ON LANE THIRTEEN, TAMPAX SUPER SIZE." That was bad enough, but somebody at the rear of the store apparently misunderstood the word "Tampax" or "THUMBTACKS." In a business-like tone, a voice boomed back over the intercom. "DO YOU WANT THE KIND YOU PUSH IN WITH YOUR THUMB OR THE KIND YOU POUND IN WITH A HAMMER?" Diane E. Amov 6. Have you ever asked your child a question too many times? My three-year-old son had a lot of problems with potty training and I was on him constantly. One day we stopped at Taco Bell for a quick lunch in between errands. It was very busy, with a full dining room. While enjoying my taco, I smelled something funny, so of course I checked my seven-month-old daughter, and she was clean. Then I realized that Danny had not asked to go potty in a while, so I asked him if he needed to go, and he said "No." I kept thinking, "Oh Lord, that child has had an accident, and I don't have any clothes with me." Then I said, "Danny, are you SUR E you didn't have an accident?" "No," he replied. I just KNEW that he must have had an accident, because the smell was getting worse. Soooooo! I asked one more time, "Danny, did you have an accident?" This time he jumped up, yanked down his pants, bent over and spread his cheeks and yelled. "SEE MOM, IT'S JUST FARTS!!" While 30 people nearly choked to death on their tacos laughing, he calmly pulled up his pants and sat down. An old couple made me feel better by thanking me for the best laugh they'd ever had! 7. This had most of the state of Michigan laughing for 2 days and a very embarrassed female news anchor who will, in the future, likely think before she speaks. What happens when you predict snow but don't get any....a true story...We had a female news anchor who, the day after it was supposed to have snowed and didn't, turned to the weatherman and asked: "So Bob, where's that 8 inches you promised me last night?" Not only did HE have to leave the set, but half the crew did too they were laughing so hard

  8. In Belgium, shoes and clothing are personal belongings, irrespective who bought them, and as such remain with the person wearing the items. Any other system would have thinned out my collection too much after 2 divorces so I'm not complaining.

  9. Isn't it nice (and even exceptional on this board) to read a posting from somebody just caring about somebody else. I wish most postings showed some sentiments instead of the harsh and business tones usually displayed. Call me a softy if you want but I just like to be handled that way.

  10. Everytime I traveled to Europe I always had a "bad vibe" about that place. I guess that resentment really does breed hate now-and-days

Nope, never studied HIGHJACKERS (nor did anybody else), but I got educated in civic behavior and learned not to carry hate and certainly not on the basis of bad vibes.
  11. I don't care if it bores you or not. Your stupid opinion is irrelevant. I have said this 100 times and I am going to say it again just for morons like you who have a hard time understanding.

If you don't like what is said in this topic - get out!

And please do not bore us with your worthless comments. If you are bored then go find something exciting. All that you are doing is just wasting our time.

And please don't use the F-word. I don't do it and neither should you.

Is this board still moderated or should we get used to domination and written instructions on conduct by non moderators?

  12. I just find it increadible and bothersome how far apart Europe and the USA grew apart since Bush Junior took over. Before him we all were pulling roughly the same strings and got along well. After 9-11 things got even worse with the Americans seeing evil in everything and anybody after the irrational: if you are not with us, you are against us (or something similar) doctrine. I'm sure in the deepest of their heart some posters here just don't make any more difference between Belgium, France, Germany, North Korea, Irak, Afghanistan. This development just scares me and I sincerely hope the USA will get a more nuancated (correct word?) president after next elections. Between black and white there is also gray, democracy also means freedom of speach and thoughts, and freedom should be for everybody on earth as long as they don't harm anybody. We are so many different cultures that one model of life just cannot be exported for everybody, how well it sometimes even seem to work. Let's all be a bit less egoistic in our aims and help create compromises for a better world for everybody on earth.

  13. MHO if the US doesn't have these "deterrent" weapons, someone *much* worse will

Since when is a Bunker penetrator weapon deterrent? Do you really think it will encourage the headquarters to be relocated in soft buildings?

This is the purest example of an offensive nuclear weapon for actual use, not for deterrence.

Second point, who is worse as somebody already planning on developping and stocking such low threshold weapons?

And last, it is about time the world powers align Israel in also allowing the International Atomic agencies to inspect their sites. They sometimes have trigger happy leaders there and have proven to dare some radical actions in the past under the cover of "preventive defense".

  14. I suppose you all have read the US is in the process of giving up the ban on low yield nuclear weapon testing because they envision to devellop a nuclear bunker blast weapon because the terrorists are digging in deeper lately. Besides lowering the nuclear employment treshold to an unacceptable level I think it is just insane to even think about its possible use. This should make the USA eligeable for an invasion so the rest of the world can destroy these weapons of mass destruction threatening the survival of the earth itself. I'm expecting flames again for this but I'm entitled my opinion and am not willing to spend the last years of my life in an NBC suit with a filter in front of my mouth to keep the nuclear dust out of my lungs. My idea about freedom might be different as yours but I'm sure others share my thoughts. Peace has a price, but not any price.

  15. While you're at it, please compare these as well.

NO SHIT YOU ACT WITH YOUR FEELINGS! Lady, I really hate to say this but the only armchair critic on this topic is you. I have done more in my lifetime than you could ever imagine or hope to be. Now go and take what I have written here and go and pin it up on your wall right next to your 16x20 posters of Adolph Hitler, Joseph Stalin, Lenin, Saddam Hussein, Fidel Castro, Che Guevara, (all people of whom you salute in the morning) and the poster of Bush with an Adolph Hitler mustache scribbled under his nose with duct tape on his mouth. Just maybe it will knock some sense and reasoning into you.

And now this from a compatriote of the first writer

Hey, how about everyone stepping back and taking a deep breath. All of this is just crazy.

Discussion of this subject has become based on emotions rather than established facts and "un-alter" history. The different schools of thought regarding “Iraqi Freedom,” as presented here, will never be breached by trying to convince one another who’s viewpoint is right.

The “unaltered truth” is in the eye of the beholder (reader – TV viewer) and only time will tell which “truth” is really true. All I know is that, despite what the British and European television news has chosen to report, there is a “whole bunch” of Iraqis that are thankful that Saddam Hussein’s regime is gone and they no longer have to fear physical reprisal for voicing their disagreement.

Both disagree, which is fine on a discussion board, but one is definiely worth a reply while the other......
