I usually wear longer flared pants with my heels. Besides liking the style since my hippie times I prefer to conceal my heels in order not to shock people. I am over 50 now and like to wear heels even women my age wouldn't consider appropriate anymore (high platforms etc). I have pants in different lengths according to the heel heights I wear and aim to have the bottom about 1 inch of the floor when standing.

I'm again one of those lucky guys that can buy regular woman's sizes. I wear Eur 40 or 41, US male 8, female 10B, UK 7. Only in the south of Europe I have problems finding regular shoes because in Italy and Spain those nice girly shoes usually are only sold up to size 39.
