  1. Those are (also) made by "The Highest Heel". In fact, several companies sell them. From what I could make out last year, one company has their own label put on them as if they were their own, when in fact they are identical to all the others out there. They are not leather. They are PVC/PU. Be aware that if the rear lacing is done up too tight the material will stretch and the metal lace-up eyelets will simply drop out. They are extremely high. There are several videos on YouTube with people struggling to walk in them. I would think that few other than Gina and Pata could manage it without a lot of practise. Fun boots for inside wear! A trade stand a London Erotica was doing brisk business selling those last year.

  2. >> I always thought that greenwich time is one hour less. <<

    UK: Winter = UTC+0000 / Summer = UTC+0100

    EU: Winter = UTC+0100 / Summer = UTC+0200

People often incorrectly say "GMT" when they really meant to say "UTC".

  3. They appear to be an American retailer of Italian-made shoes. Their website is at: http://www.bellisimostores.com/

They might be a one-off import from someone who ordered by mail-order, or who bought them while on holiday there.

    Google comes up with:

    Leather Goods -- Bellissimo -- 200 Archway Road LONDON, N6 5BA -- 020 8347 0665

    but that could be anything.

  4. Naomi dancing in super-high heels:

That website doesn't change the URL in the browser when you navigate round the site.

The URL in the original post is of the page I visited from a link shown in another thread on this forum. I then navigated round that site until I came across this video and then pasted the URL from my browser back into this thread.

I had no idea that was exactly the same URL as the original I had pasted in to the browser to get to that site. In between, I had looked at several other pages. The URL in the browser does not change when you visit a new page on that site.

    That was the problem.

The link now works. Be aware that there is a short advert before the main video plays.
