Leatherworks are presumable paying Google lots of money to show ads for their company at the top of every page of this site.

Strange then that clicking their advert takes you to http://www.leatherworks-london.co.uk/ which doesn't actually exist!

It took half an hour to dig out stuff the OP probably already knew, but didn't mention in the question, before being able to proceed a little bit further.

It pays to ask a clear question and add as much detail as possible.

There are plenty of threads in this very forum where someone has posted an image and captioned it with the brand and style name.

Three posts on someone then asks "who are those made by?"

Yeah it's odd when a company has two sites.

CL probably gifted those shoes to her for celeb marketing purposes, but it won't hurt to find out how much it would cost to get some made. $$$$

The soles are reddish, but the colour and the shinyness (or lack of) doesn't look right.

It could be the lighting, but I am beginning to doubt that.

Those are pretty fantastic and 160 mm is the highest he makes. Did you get them mail order, or from a CL boutique, or from a department store?

If they are genuine Loubies, you might want to add Vibram red rubber soles as the original red coating comes off very easily.

The shape doesn't quite look genuine, and the box (if that is what they are stood on) certainly doesn't look like a genuine Louboutin box, though it might just be the lighting.

Several high-end designers feature shoes that have triple platforms like that at present. They are also available from Ernest and others.

The website domain name was registered 2009-04-27, and likely has content moved from a previous site. Many of the images are not scaled correctly. There have been changes in recent weeks, so maybe it is a 'work in progress'. The lack of contact details may simply mean that it isn't meant to be live yet. Iliaz has been doing work for people like Natacha Marro so may have been too busy to market stuff under own name. Additionally, many businesses neglect their websites, not having the requisite skills to do it themselves. For example, Leatherworks own website has a PDF file supposedly listing what's in stock but that list was last updated in 2006.
