I think you are correct; the Hunter 'wellies' with high heels are seemingly discontinued. But be aware that Hunter boots now all seem to be made in China and quality may be variable, whilst the price tends to be very high. (Alas, Hunter also discontinued making rubber thigh waders several years ago - much missed and no readily-available (and affordable) substitutes.)
This range from Sweden may interest you, but again expensive: https://acquoofsweden.com/shop/I have a pair of the Lapins model, basically that boot but with front laces.

Nice! It just so happens that I have two pairs of this style of ankle boots, both from Schutz, and why I have two pairs is beyond me (can you say "impulse buy" on the second pair?). Both are ~4" in height and I wear them with long boot-cut jeans for an rough but elegant look.
Oh and forgot to add, yes, I will be wearing these to work in the next few days!
I have a pair of those. Surprisingly comfortable for the height.

Where did you buy them? Almost never see decent heels in brick and moter stores.
Also, you wear heels to and from the store? I love wear heels with shorts not dressed up or in "male" mode. Do it all the time.
Neiman Marcus Last Call. I wore Mary Jane flats to there, but wore the heels right after to get lunch at a grocery store.

@ohnoberty Yea, I was surprised to actually find a used pair with 120mm heels.
@Jkrenzer in boots I wear 41. Usually 40 with pumps. I’ve been working on getting used to this heel height, and these boots are more challenging then some other models. I just found some wedges that would be good for practice without putting too much wear on these.

On my old-ish Android phone I can do a certain amount of resizing natively. Don't know if it's good enough for this forum which is quite restrictive on file size because I always post from my desktop or laptop.. Don't know what Iphones can do.
iPhone, figured it out.

Pictures I'm tired of having to add ap after ap to look at occasional images. Please post pictures here.
Sorry, I tried, but the app I used to use to resize photos now wants a subscription fee.

Recently got some So Kate 120mm booties. I’m a bit out of practice for heels this height, but I plan to wear them out for dinner for our tenth anniversary in September, so I’m getting lots of practice.

Morning, if I remember my history right, when Little Shoe Box closed, one employee, Ilia, took over and re started production of the shoes and boots they were well known for. It took me a while to finally try their products, but I am glad I did. The knee high boots seem to be a better quality than the pair I got back in 2001. If anyone is considering ordering from them, go for it!

I have had two guys compliment me like this, very gratifying indeed
I only remember one compliment from a guy. He said he needed a pair of the heeled timberlands I was wearing.

Just if anyone’s interested I’ve been doing a bit of research on Jimmy Choo’s and they seem to have done collaborations etc in June before but so far they have only gone up to a eu45. I found a page on their website where there are a couple of extended size styles and these also top out at eu45. They do convert on their website as a uk12 but I’d be doubtful about ordering a pair as most eu45’s I’ve tried in the past have been more like a uk10/11.
Yea, you might be SOL if you are outside the range of sizes they are willing to make for a few token sales.

Awesome, I’ll check out Italianheels and have a browse for Jimmy choo’s. Think I struck out last time I looked for JC’s though, nothing bigger than a 43 iirc
Ooh this is sounding positive then! If you don’t mind me asking, how long has it been since you ordered from them and what kind of lead time was there?
Ah I didn’t realise that onlymakers went up so big. I have tried some 15us on as they were the biggest on Amazon at the time but they seemed to run small and didn’t fit 😔
Oh and as gorgeous as those boots are Mike unfortunately I can’t open that website
Might have to wait till June when the corporations cater to LGBTQ groups.

Italianheels.com can make shoes up to EU 46. Jimmy Choo sometimes has ‘mens’ sizes.

Remembering that First Heel Purchase
in For Everybody

I think I got my first heels when I was 16 and able to drive. I went to a Payless shoes, and the only memorable part of that trip was me awkwardly feeling I -had- to spew out my fake back story the clerk did not ask for. I kept those shoes and a stack of Mad magazines in a metal lock box in my closet. I think my parents were worried I was doing something illegal as when I returned from a trip to Michigan the magazines were in my closet, no box or heels.
Sometime in my tween years I figured out something was up with my gender identity. I liked some girl things, and did not understand why your gender limited your life experiences. By 13 I was hitting a crisis point, and decided to just ‘be me’, and live on my own terms. Back around 1990 non-binary was not a thing. If it had I might have been far more comfortable mixing up my appearance in public.
