i picked these up a couple of weeks ago from Shoe Show. they have a pretty good selection of shoes in larger sizes. The wedges have a 5 inch heel and the others have a 5.5in heel with a platform. the wedges are super easy to walk in but the gold ones... thats a diffrent story LOL

The grey wedges are very nice. I would wear them with a dark blue skinny jean.

What about the gold ones ? I bet they are too narrow at the toe box...

...After few minutes of persuasion, she went with me upstairs and let me try...

I also agree about the clean look. It is one of the reason why I bough them.

The other reason beeing they are really comfortable to wear.

Finally, I found a pair of classic pumps that fits perfectly. They are Jessica Simpson "Jessica" in size 10M. I normally wear size 11 but these shoes in size 10 are perfect . What a relief to find a pair which is wide enough at the toe box !

You may already know this but if you don't, give it a try.

Take shorter steps (not bending your knees too much / almost straight) and sway your hips while walking.

(Just a little bit. No need to sway as much as women do...)

Doing so, your higher heels will be much more comfortable to wear.

I would jump on these, but I purchased some Aldo Franchette platform pumps from them a couple of years ago, and had to sell them on eBay for one major reason; Aldo's interpretation of size 11 is simply too small for me. I love their styles, but I'm never sure whether they'll fit.

I agree with you about their shoes. They run small for their size.

I also love their shoe styles but they are very narrow at the toe box.

Let me tell you it is not the same with their boots ! (Good for me since i love boots !)

I also wear size 11. If you never tried their boots please do !

You may want to try Levi's 511 skinny jeans which are specially designed for men...
