Nice boots !my new boots from aldo, they are awesome!
Was at Aldo a few days ago and I saw them in red. What a stunning look !
The heel is so thin. Is the heel sturdy or does it tend to wable ?
Are they easy to walk ?

I also like the "businesslike" look.Nice shoes! They look businesslike yet elegant on a woman and would obviously appeal to many of our male members too. Rather too feminine for me to contemplate for street-heeling but ideal if they had a thicker stacked heel and no platform ...
Platform shoes are not normally my prefered style but these I like very much.
They are also more comfortable to wear than they appear.
Never saw high heels loafer shoes without platform yet.
I agree they would also look nice.
Did not have a chance to wear them out yet.Love the style. Enjoy wearing them out maybe?????
But I intend to wear them to work soon before weather gets too cold !

Nice shoes Heel Man ! I noticed you were the only man making a review on them

It's a chance you told us to keep watching till the end (I would have stopped way before). I was sure he was wearing those weird pointy boots. I was not expecting this at all !

I wear leggings underneath my pants in the winter. Also wear shiny leggings but only in private.

You are welcome Silviatti. I'm sure you will achieve your goal of wearing 5" and above with time and practice.

Greetings bootbuffer from another Canadian (French) member :-)
I specified "French" in my welcome message to you because the
way you write is similar to mine. Is your native language French ?
(And sorry If I am mistaken. Just asking.)

It does make sense indeed. I like your description !Interesting! The manlyness of a loafer combines with femalness of a stilletto. If that makes any sense.
On the English website, these shoes are in the "Oxford & loafer" section.
But on the French website, they are under "Male-Female" section. ("Masculin-Féminin" in French)
Interesting to see the webmaster did not use the same meaning in English and French !

Hello again Silviatti :-)...I've spent the last 2 days reading the forums for advice on walking in heels...
You may want to do some reading here.
In your first post you wrote " I decided to replace dating with shoe shopping"
Is this a really goog idea ? What about doing both ?
This way you would have less time for shoe shopping and save money...

Greetings and welcome Silviatti :-)
Take note that shoes shopping is very addictive and there is no cure against it ...

Greetings pridey11 and welcome from another Canadian member :-)

Good to see another Canadian joining this great forum :-)
Welcome !

As I already replied on the other thread. I am a regular Aldo's customer and almost all their closed shoes are too small and/or narrow. Some of their open toe sandals and boots are OK. You need to try them in the store. I wear women's US11 (EU41). Their closed shoes feel more like narrow US10 (EU40). Fortunately for me, most of the boots in US11 are OK

Nice outfit and great outing Mr. X. Well done !... Today I wore a white dress shirt under a black jacket.
Down below I wore jeans and my "Aldo" ankle boots...
...So I couldn't help snapping a couple of quick shots...
Can I make you a suggestion ?
You may want to ask the mods to remove the picture
of the salesgirl from your post as soon as possible.
This would reduce the risk of it being posted somewhere else on the Internet.
The picture showing the shoes is OK since no one could recognize her...

Addition to my last post....I got it from Spring Shoes. Follow this link here. (I also have it in white)
Went to the store yesterday, saw it in brown and decided to buy it.
I now have the same shoulder bag in brown, black and white...
Maybe I'm a little bit crazy but I like the style so much

"Patent" (Shiny) does not only apply to PVCSo basically: patent = PVC ?
Patent could be "Patent PVC" (Shiny PVC) or "Patent Leather" (Shiny leather)
-
BLKP = Black Patent (Patent = Shiny)
I guess there is an description error on the website. They have it backward.
The boot we see on the attached picture is made of PVC (Poly Vinyl Chloride)
PVC can be shiny or not shiny. The same with leather.

I was considering to be on Facebook in order to locate old friends from school. But as stated before, I read their terms and conditions and changed my mind. I don't like the fact all information you put on Facebook belong to them forever and they can do what they want with it without asking your permission. No thank you !

Thanks for the positive comment about my shoulder bag !danielp6406: Oh, wow! That's a really sharp looking bag, my friend!
Bravo to you for making such a stylish choice!
I got it from Spring Shoes. Follow this link here. (I also have it in white)
In the USA Spring Shoes is under a different name. It is "Call it SPRING"
Note that I don't see my shoulder bag on their US website.
Maybe you can still order it by the model name ?

Did you ever take the time to read all terms and conditions on Facebook website ?
I guess only a few does but I did. It is quite amazing and disturbing.
I will never be on Facebook...
