  1. Exactly, Shafted! A lot of people don't bother trying to adapt and balance, but given a chance heels are a very enjoyable challenge. Pole Fitness is a case in point--a lot of women like to do pole sport in heels (pole dancer heels) to bring out the sexy side of it and the few men that have tried inevitably at least consider heels. One of my pole fitness friends is a man trying out heels for the first time (and of course I steered him to hhplace :D ) I was not surprised to find out he's married to a woman; I learned here that heels are an item of clothing like any other. :pulsingheart: Women that favor pole heels for some reason don't tend to like heels in everyday life, finding them perfect for maneuvering in dance rather than everyday life. They find that it adds grace to their movements. I for one favor the blending of pole fitness and classical dance rather than the "raunchy side" and wear heels whenever possible, but not for pole sport. ( If pole fitness is Greek to you check out Flexines.blogspot.com )

  2. Yes please Megan! I'm adAstra :D I'll try that Tom, and I really need to start posting on here again too--I lost my momentum after most of the girls I talked to a lot here stopped posting. An update: I friend on yet another forum I belong to tried it and it worked for him; I found I could also get it to work if I opened it from IE instead of Google Chrome--quite the failure for Blogspot being a Google product! I'll keep you posted, hopefully I can figure this out. Thank you for your suggestions!

  3. Hello everyone,

I have scoured Google and every website I can think of for help for about a week now, that's the only reason I'm bugging you all. For some reason one of the pages I am working on in my blog (mine and my friends') is not working :'( I would, really, really appreciate some help :D I know this is somewhat off topic however we do a few posts on heels and will continue to so please excuse me :)

We added it as a regular static page and for some reason it is not clickable! At all! :penitent: It doesn't matter if I try to add the html code I wanted or if I delete and start over with plain text and no html or anything "fancy." (I changed the page name to an asterisk so it wouldn't be so obvious that we are having technical difficulties.)

Could someone please give me some advice or let me know where else I should look for help? This is our blog:

Here's a post we've done on heels: Jazzing up Your Heels :pulsingheart:

Thank you for taking the time to read,

  4. Some of you know about my closed toe shoe woes and that I can't wear my beloved peep toes at my current job. Apparently, we might drop the one heavy object we work with on our toes (maybe a one to two pound metal rod) on our toes and sue. Additionally, we can't wear boots. (I posted this in the girls section because, unfortunately, society is rather backward in letting everyone choose footwear freely so for the most part, girls have more experience dealing with this.) I think it is utter bilge and I miss my peeptoes dearly ;( It think that if one is dressed up in a blazer, suiting skirt, and hose peeptoes can look very professional.

  5. Kind of have to agree with Luckyme.... How odd that they don't do the same sizes? I wonder if maybe both shoes are made to look like a certain designer shoe and that's why they are so similar without being of the same make? Sometimes I notice that type of imitation in Colin Stuart by Victoria's Secret.
