  1. I wanted to add a comment to the ladies pitch on sleeping in heels, but it is taboo. So lets put it on it's own. Have you ever or do you want to? As I have said before, my partner does not approve. full stop. We went on a holiday in the caravan a while ago and as usual I took a pair of heels with me. There is not a lot of room in the van to tuck things like 4" shoes out of sight, but I managed. When she takes the dog for a walk, out come my heels. This is not really enough so I ended up by wearing them in bed. I had wanted to for a while. As she is always in be before me it does not create much problem. I put them on and go straight to sleep,HEAVEN!. This is fine and although I can wear them all day with no trouble, I find that during the night, I have to kick them off for a short while, then put them on again. Those shoes enjoyed a three month holiday in France, and so did I (& she) I have been known to take the caravan to the Midlands, on my own. So I am able to take whatever I want and live happily for the weekend. As my kids both, and partners know, I am free to do my thing! That includes living in heels all day and sleeping in them all night. What more could ANYONE want? I love you all. Muddypaws:w00t2:

  2. I read the forum on ladies sleeping in heels, and I am not allowed to comment.:nervous: I have often in the past, slept in my heels. Always when we were in the caravan. As (I have said before) that my partner does not approve, and we were almost always within sight of one another, thee only way I could get to wear them when on holiday was to wear them in bed. We had single beds, as is usual in the vans. She is always in bed before me so I was able to put my shoes on them get into bed. I loved it, but I found that although I can wear them all day with no probs. I found that I was having to kick them off during the night. Only to put them back on again after a few minutes, once my feet had "rested". We were on holiday for three months on one occasion, so they spent a lot of time on my feet. There is little room for storage in the van, so I was only able to take the one pair with me. I'm sure they enjoyed the ride around France that year, as another pair did this year, but that's another story for another day. On odd occasions, I pay a visit to my kids and take the van on my own. Then I am in my element as I have it all to myself, and go well equipped. Taking all my gear with me. The family is well aware of my love, so I have no "hang-ups" there, I certainly sleep well.:winkiss: Muddypaws

  3. Hi Xidog, Have'nt we all been there! Last night at the local SM I spotted a woman in lovely heels. High but not stillies, black patent with a white strap over the front and a buckle. They were low cut, just a bit of cleavage. (toe of course). Nice slim legs to go with them She went to the checkout and waited in line. So did I. She went out and I paid too. Then she was gone. Not a dream. I would love to have the nerve to say how much I liked her shoes, but here I think it would not be appreciated.:thumbsup::thumbsup: Muddypaws

  4. Hi Heel Boy, Just the hell of it,I used to run a catalogue long ago, and a friend always wore heels. Not high , but heels, and she was a customer of mine. She asked me if I would order TWO pairs of shoes-with 3" heels. Both white. She wanted then to chose one of the pairs and me to return the other. Obvious isn't it. I tried the ones she rejected ...size seven, and BINGO!!!!!!!!! Hooray they fitted. They were the first heels I actually owned. My very own. They lived in the attic, just by the trap door so that I could reach them easily. Things just grew from there, I ordered others after that, ostensibly for other customers. Keep going. Have faith. (a good name for shoes.) Muddypaws

  5. I am sorrry to hear that. I managed to get some time away from my partner today, a rare event these days, and I thought that I would go into My fav. local store TK Maxx in my heels, but I chickened out in the end, but did go in in my shorts and tried on a couple of pairs. One I liked was 41/2" Morgan peep toes, but I opted out at the end. Telling myself that I did not really need them just now and that I could put the money to better use. I was fun trying them on in my shorts. No one took any notice. I had a pair of slacks in the car, but chose not to put them on. Great day. Muddypaws.

  7. Yes would manage. Where do I buy the shoes with no heel - the first jpeg picture.

    Sue

:wavey:If you read the article it tells you "Brown's Stores" London. I cannot help more than that.

It also mentions a price of £1800.

That bit rules me out. Charity shop here I come!!!!!!

  8. :smile:Hi everybody, Just coming back to refresh my memory, seeing other posts for this site. It never fails to intrigue me as how these heels stand up to the stresses we put on them, being so thin and flimsy. These red ones are so fine, I feel they should pierce the floor every time your heel goes down. My highest are 5s and much "fatter " than my others, and I have some with thin heels, but they are no match for yours. I Love them. Muddypaws
