  1. "more please" replace "thank you for sharing" as the standard response on this board when somebody shares photos?

Almost every time I see a new photo posted on this board, the inevitable stream of replies is always "please post more" or "would love to see more." So rarely does anyone simply say "thanks for posting these" without expressing a wish for more offerings.

I suppose in a way this follows on from the comments which were made in this thread (http://www.hhplace.org/ultra_high_heels/19376-not_sure_where_put_these_photos.html) about the lack of etiquette and manners of many male members of this board towards the few remaining females who post, but this extends the scope of discussion slightly. What sparked this particular post (rant) are two comments made by an individual this evening on a couple of photos in my gallery. One was

I think I'm in love. A video plz" and the other "waiting on the video

You could almost hear the tapping of the fingers as he waits for me to do my duty and post a video to satisfy his demands. Incidently, his only contribution to the thread in question and the young lady in particular was

Im sure Im not the only one here who cannot wait for more pictures and info on this vixen. There is NOTHING more attractive than a woman who wants to wear extreme heels w/o platforms. Please give us more pics and info on her.

. Hmm Vixen, a female dog like creature, most endearing term.

How about we reverse the trend, and from now on, when somebody shares something, we express our gratitude for the offering. You never know, it may encourage more sharing than simply demanding it.

PS. I have to add that there are a few who have simply said thanks in comment of my photos and comments and not followed the trend. It is appreciated.

  2. Seems like you are the "Richard", who sent the ballet boots to Spook. So, you must be right.

I started visiting Spook's website in 2001, when Qualifetish was in business. However, I checked some of Spook's photos at staylace.com (under pinups) and saw one in 1999, when Qualifetish was not yet in business. So again, you must be right.

Do you still keep in touch with Spook? How is she? (Her photos at staylace.com only go up to 2008.)

Good guess, I was that Richard,

Unfortuantely we haven't kept in touch. She went very quiet on the scene after splitting with her then boyfriend and moving. Since she was on her own, she was also having to work a vast amount of hours which left her little time for socialising, netwise or otherwise.

  3. NOTE: I think the pair that Spook got as a gift and wore 24/7 for a few months in Florida was by Qualifetish, but I need to double check her photo's.

I beleive if memory serves, that the ballet boots that Spook wore originally came from She an Me in Hammersmith, London, who were supplied by LSB. She was sent them in 1998. They most definately came from the UK, and Hotpeppers/QualityFetish had barely touched the UK market at that time because it was pre internet shopping era.

Divine shoes of Northampton, best known for the firm behind the KinkyBoots film, were the first company (and one of the only UK companies) who imported HP/QF goods

  4. Thanks for the offer PiB, but I had seen those photos some time ago. My post was a suggestion for how others could view them without having to impose on the original author with friendship requests that she may not want. After all, she presumable made them private in her photostream for a good reason. People often don't realise that even though photos remain private in a photostream, once posted to a group they can be seen by all members of that group. You simply have to join the right group which why I made the suggestion to Jo of finding and joining Germany's Extreme Heels.

  5. I looked on Flickr but saw no such images. They must be well hidden.

    Other images hosted elsewhere:

    http://b.imagehost.org/0266/pinkpedal.jpg

The owner has made the photos private in her photostream so that only friends can see them. They are only available in the groups which she has posted them to.

Try finding the group Germany's extreme high heels. They are posted there, together with photos of another version that she has commisioned.

  6. No Jo, it was my memory that was faulty. It was 123 and not 111. I've been trying to wrack my brain as to the name of the store in Soho for several days as well. That was another of my regular stopping off places in London.

  7. Yes, there is some horizontal compression, which makes the arch look a liittle steeper, but they are still very high heels and must be at least 6.5".

The other videos from the same source (with same girl, I think) are a mixed bag. Her walking seems very awkward in some of them (especially when wearing ballet boots in a shopping mall sequence, with lots of attention from shoppers) but more accomplished in this long walking sequence: http://www.youtube.com/user/nomoresecrets1#p/u/8/TBpR9k6W6FM But just look at the way her heels bend - I expected them to break at any moment!

That's because probably none of those are "her" videos. The one you've just quoted is a Fetish-Light video. The ballet boot shopping video is of Lacie, a german woman better known for her corsets. I suspect that evey one of those videos has been lifted from somewhere else.

  8. I remember the store very well. One of the first of my regular haunts as a young adult so the time period would have been the early to mid 80's. 111 Brompton Street with a red canopy over the shop window. They did indeed stock LSB made shoes, and were one of the only stores in London to sell ballet boots from the LSB, albeit on an "order for manufacture" basis which meant you waited a couple of months for them. Judging from the photos, I would say that you have found a bargain indeed. That pair would have sold for around £50 even in those days.

  9. I emailed pleaser yesterday about if the ballet boots are truly lockable or is the padlock just for show just to back up what the shop told me and what someone said on this thread.

As far as I can gather they are truly lockable!!!!:silly:

No they aren't lockable. The strap is there for decoration only and is fixed to the boot by a velcro strip on the opposite side of the boot to the padlock.

They can, of course, be modified to lock, by sewing the free end to the boot yourself.

  10. In reality the visible platform is more like 2.5cm (1") and the heel on a size 6 is 14cm. New Look have some fabulous designs in at the moment if you like the street acceptable but fetish look. All of them have the same platform to heel ratio.

These - only in black I purchased yesterday for future photoshoots

    together with these

and these caught my eye for one of my regular models who is like bambi when it comes to stilettos on the polished floor of the studio

  11. God!! Richy i love your feet in this heels, pls make some new photos!

You know it always amazes me how people see a photo in forums like this and automatically think that the poster is the one in the photograph.

In the real world it takes at least two to make a decent photograph, a photographer and a subject. Guess which one I am ?

  12. i have been advised to buy some ballet boots as i am not use to wearing ballet heels.

i would like the ones with the padlocks on so i cant take them off!

You'll be disappointed then. The ankle strap on the Devious ankle boots is attached by velcro on the one end. The lock is purely for show, unless you decide to permenantly sew it onto the boot.

  13. It's looks as if Jesse and Lane are one of the manuafacturers of the cheaper ballet boots that you find on ebay.

Judging by their website though, the smallest size that they make is a size 36 which is a US size 4 or two sizes above what you're looking for.

I've been trying to find any pairs of the Redheel boots on ebay, because I've bought from them as well, but have had no luck. The Austrian company selling them has dropped off the face of ebay.

However, I did come across this company, which I seen mentioned before. This guy makes boots and gloves to order, up to a size 42, including ballet boots. For a pair of made to measure thigh length boots, with or without lacing, he charges $200 including shipping which is pretty reasonable. It may be worth having a word with him.

  14. What brand are these, and how does one contact the manufacturer?

(I'm looking for someone who can make US size 4/EU size 34).

    Ialdabaoth.

Firstly, thank you for clarifying what had happened to Riahanna. Sorry that it didn't work out for the two of you. I first came across your work several years ago and the modifications that you had done to various of her boots and shoes and thought they were excellent. It was a disappointment when both you and her dropped off the net.

As far as I can tell, the only company that you might get to make a size 34 ballet boot would be Punitive Shoes in Italy. They, to the best of my knowledge, are the only company to make Euro size 35 boots. For all the cheaper versions (Devious etc) I have never seen any size below Euro 36. Since Punitive Shoes make to order, they may be willing to entertain a special request. The thought of a child's size ballet boot is intriguing. Obviously, you have found someone with extremely small feet for an adult.

Punitive shoes can be contacted at help@punitiveshoes.com and there site is www.punitiveshoes.com.

Hope you find what you're looking for.

  15. Claire Adams is one of America's leading bondage models and riggers. She has a number of websites together with her husband Damon Pierce. If you look at the Flickr photostream from where you got the photo it would give you many clues.

  16. DrWho3 The young lady in question went by the name of Ceramufary. She did two youtube videos, one of which was the walk in the mall on her modifed ankle boots. The second that she did was called the Victorian Tea Party. There are still a couple of links to that video on youtube posted by other individuals but I won't link to them as they are of "fetish" content frowned upon by the moderators. What I do know is that in the past year almost all of the content that she had put on the web regarding her abilities has been removed by her, and accounts in that name on youtube, Flickr and other social networks closed. It is likely that when she completed her professional qualifications, she chose not to allow her private life to be so public as many do.
