radiodave
At my local Nine West store, I found these. http://www.ninewest.com/n/browse/product.s?source=search&productId=2923748 I think I am in lust. Good choice, I have a very similar pair. I just wore them out this weekend with nary a reaction. Very comfortable, too.
FrenchyDude
I love wedges i find them very sexy and comfy, i actually love a lot the ones that are beach flip flops but wedges.....they look so nice i actually envy woman when they use them because i'll like to use them loke that in public, also the clasics wedges.............So far i think i prefer wedges than high heels, sorry it's just my opinion don't kill me for that, i actually post some pics of my feet on some wedges like the ones i'm taking about here are some links of them http://www.hhplace.org/attachments/general_fashion/5194d1231184835-nail_polish_men-image_342.jpg http://www.hhplace.org/attachments/general_fashion/5194d1231184835-nail_polish_men-image_338.jpg http://www.hhplace.org/attachments/general_fashion/5194d1231184835-nail_polish_men-image_339.jpg http://www.hhplace.org/attachments/general_fashion/5194d1231184835-nail_polish_men-image_340.jpg http://www.hhplace.org/attachments/general_fashion/5194d1231184835-nail_polish_men-image_341.jpg
Dawn HH
Since wedges are supposed to have more sturdiness than skinny heels, maybe I should give them a try some day. This is a style that I haven't explored yet. Cheers--- Dawn HH High Heeled Boots Forever!
Kris
I absolutely love wedges. I find that I can walk farther and spend much more time in them than stilletos. When I am looking to be a little less conspicuous, wedges seem to go pretty much unnoticed. When I want to be noticed I slip on my six inch platform stilletos and strut my stuff. I find I wear wedges most of the time though.
Bubba136
I like wedge heels, too. I've a pair of Nine West boots with 4" wedge heels that I just about wore out this past winter. Comfortable and easy to walk in as well as less conspicuous to anyone not paying particularly close attention to people's feet. Being mentally comfortable in your own mind is the key to wearing heels in public.
k6ps
Hi, k6ps likes (most) wedges too. He has some clogs and platforms with one-piece soles that are almost but not quite wedges. So he is now in search of some nice soft and quiet full wedges, 3,5-4'', block-like rather than stiletto-like, either loafers or oxfords. Or maybe even sneakers (e.g. danielp6406 seems to have a pair of quite nice wedge sneakers). Just out of curiosity how does walking on wedges feel like. danielp6406
I also like wedges heels. One of my favorite pair is the one I got from Aldo a few weeks ago (See link below) http://www.aldoshoes.com/ca-eng/women/sandals/wedges/73705511-floeve/92 k6ps :-) Thank you for the nice comment about my wedge sneakers. I do like them a lot (Wore them last week). Walking on wedges is much easier than regular heels with the same height. You get the same feeling of height and they are also very quiet. Note that personnaly, I prefer wedges with low platform or no platform (Walking is much smoother) Low (¼") hidden platform > My wedge sneaker http://www.hhplace.org/album.php?albumid=8&pictureid=60 No platform > The "Floeve" model from Aldo Shoes http://www.hhplace.org/album.php?albumid=8&pictureid=904. Speaking about the wedges from Aldo: I will wear them tomorrow if weather is nice (no rain). And BTW, I like your expression "Happy Wedging"... k6ps
Hi, Note that personnaly, I prefer wedges with low platform or no platform (Walking is much smoother) Yes i'd also give the first try to wedges with no platforms (although generally i do like modest platforms). And BTW, I like your expression "Happy Wedging"... That expression i just invented, not sure if that is actually meaningful (English is not even my second language) Happy Wedging k6ps
