Guest Jezzaboots
Hi everyone I'm a long, long time viewer and previous member under a different guise but I just wanted to (re)introduce myself to you all. I can empathise with so many of you on here and find comfort in being able to share my enjoyment for boots and shoes of the high heeled variety. As with many of you, my interest has waivered over certain periods expecially the last 12 months following an all out on the table with my partner. No suprise she did not understand and I struggled to save my relationship as a result, but I know that this passion is part of my life and I am sure it will raise it's head again in the future. So to the business end of things. I have recently had a slight binge on ebay to revigour my collection and yes it was extremely fun but something I know that I can only do now and again. I decided to buy a boot for every occasion as shown below From Evans - 2.5" kitten heel knee high boot: http://img525.imageshack.us/img525/849/71732667gn7.jpg From Skechers - 4" stilletto Mid-calf boot: http://img126.imageshack.us/img126/6036/85304295js1.jpg Not sure where from but very comfy looking 3" heeled booties: http://img525.imageshack.us/img525/2939/56804092yd4.jpg Something a little more fun: http://img150.imageshack.us/img150/2013/168badri4.jpg So that's me and my "new" collection, I look forward to speaking and sharing with you all through this forum Jez

loswabs
Hi Jezzaboots Welcome back. Sorry to hear your SO isn't taking things as well as you'd like, but here's hoping they understand you're still the same person they loved before and that you're being true to yourself. You're not a freak, none of us are, and you have the right to dress in heels is you want. It's not a crime, and there are plenty of other things you could be doing which are a damn sight worse. Good luck It's my opinion, no more, no less

There's "truth in them thar words." Not surprising that she didn't understand. And, no matter how hard you try, you'll never be able to fully explain your passion for heels to her. Like JNR, I am also curious what name you used when you were here before. Being mentally comfortable in your own mind is the key to wearing heels in public. I was never really a frequent poster but I enjoyed being able to share stories with everyone about heeling outside etc. I had a great pair of boots from Italian Heels which were so comfy and elegant. Unfortunately these went with the cleansing process almost instantly. Shame but oh well you can't change the past. Ioswabs, Many thanks for your supportive words Jez
