TXT-1 Posted September 12, 2002 Posted September 12, 2002 hi guys I just bought some platform sandals they are 6" inch stiletto heel and 2 inch platform they look like this http://atlas.muon.posiweb.net/images/product-largepic-s101.jpg the pic of the shoes are sunset strip shoes but the shoes I bought, are Tony Shoes, If you look closely you can make out "Sunset Strip Made in USA" under neath the label, shh I think it might be a conspiracy I killed of the "dream" boot idea the supplier had delivery problems so I "pulled the pin" so to speak, anyway gotta go. later, TXT-1
Firefox Posted September 12, 2002 Posted September 12, 2002 I'd prefer with a 1/2 to 3/4" platform. But, a wicked heel for an easy walkable shoe. Don't let Debbie or Laurie see this picture
stellah Posted September 13, 2002 Posted September 13, 2002 Nice style it is. Quite standard shoe with entertainers in night clubs. I wish I had one of those _______________ HH forever!
BobHH Posted September 14, 2002 Posted September 14, 2002 My favorite kind of shoe, except I generally prefer the slides. Very comfortable, but a little difficult on uneven ground. Stellah, most of my visit to Tallinn was in the old city. Seems it would be hard to wear platform heels there with the slopes and all? My walking tour guide was a tall blonde girl wearing wedgies. Very attractive.
ShockQueen Posted September 16, 2002 Posted September 16, 2002 That is a very nice sandal, as I have a pair myself - only mine are from Pleasers instead of Sunset Strip, although the comfort level of both manufacturers are superb! SQ.....still busting societal molds with a smile...and a 50-ton sledge!
Renee Posted September 23, 2002 Posted September 23, 2002 I love that style as they are very easy to walk in. I have them in red patent, black patent and white patent. I think they are more fun than sy a 4" heel. Te platform raises you up. Renee
gj Posted September 27, 2002 Posted September 27, 2002 they are not for a day to day use but the look fine. Not my preference though GJ small or big doesn't matter, wear your heels proud .... that is!

Nikk Posted September 28, 2002 Posted September 28, 2002 I've got a similar pair but 1/2" lower on both heel and platform. I love the look but tend only to wear them for an occasional night out N
