According to the lady who owns them - they are original 1980's white tassled over-knees, with 5" metal spike heels from "Ibinka" of Spain. The company used to be the Rolls-Royce of funky high-heeled boots in the '80's and '90's - but are now sadly no more. Aren't they JUST FAB ??!!
