I have noticed that when I don't wear them and go bearfoot my ankels let me know about it. Sometimes I wear a 4 inch heel, and then on other days, I wear a 5 inch heels, Since I got 4 pair of pumps a couple of weeks ago. I have been getting pretty good with the 5 inch heels. traceyb Posted November 10, 2006 Share Posted November 10, 2006 I have a "set" of 4 to 5 pairs that i wear to work and semi formal. These are mainly pumps and sling backs. I then have a several pairs of 5" plus aswell as platforms and boots that i wear for appearance only. I than have a pair of mules and also sling backs that i wear for casual.
