sendra45
Hi, Saw an advert for this last night on the telly, had to buy a copy. A free mini book called how 'how to walk in high heels' Here is the link to the web page. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/pages/live/articles/prmts/prmts.html?in_article_id=362624&in_page_id=1777 It seems to me that here in blighty were are doing very well for press coverage, what with the BBC's programme last week. Bubba136
I's not there now. Being mentally comfortable in your own mind is the key to wearing heels in public.
Waisted_Giraffe
I believe that the booklet in the paper, contains extracts from a book shortly to be published of the same name. I missed the interview with the author on the radio yesterday afternoon Big D
Bubba136
If it was brodcast on BBC, wouldn't it be possible to go back on BBC website and listen to it again? sendra45
perhaps, goodness knows what station and what time it was aired though! The angels have the phonebox.
Dr. Shoe
The booklet was a slight disappointment to me. It wasn't about foot training more of a slightly humourous book about feminine etiquette, how to get a pay rise without sleeping with the boss and throwing the perfect dinner party. Graduate footwear designer able to advise and assist on modification and shoe making projects.

Skirted-UK
I got my copy, not had time to read it properly yet but I thought it was a sad reflection on young women today when they have to have a book to tell them how to wear high heels and get out of a car in a skirt. :-( "You can check out anytime you like, but you can never leave ! Dawn HH
The young girls of today shouldn't need a "how-to" book to tell them how to wear heels and get out of a car. These are things that should have been learned from Mom along the way. Cheers--- Dawn HH High Heeled Boots Forever!
