I like some of their boots but am a bit nervous about them - I've sent a couple of inquiries and received no response. Their pages offer a chat box but it never seems to be attended.

Not a big footprint on the Internet either. Order with a credit-card, so you can dispute if something goes sideways? 1

Yeah, I always use a credit card as well when ordering from a new webshop.
