Well, i´m in Germany, but this stuff comes from China so there should be no difference. I bought several items (mostly toys or electronic stuff) from Ali, and they are always cheap. Which means some items are not the best quality, but most work OK and some are even really good. Delivery can be quick (a few working days) or take 4 - 6 weeks. If things don´t work just send them back and they will replace it or refund the money.
