Heel boots/booties and kilt. Go or No?

Eh. Yeah. 

Have been watching out some leather kilts in black at eBay as I since a year or so been wanting one.

But what do you folks say about combination Kilt and block heeled tigh high boots or ankle booties?

Kind of like the second one.  All the pockets on the first one reminded me of what used to be called "paratrooper pants", characterized by large external pockets.
