It has always been an ambition to ride a horse in heels but unfortunately it isn't the done thing at the riding school so it's strictly regulation riding boots. I might propose getting my 4" heel cowboy boots out though! lol Graduate footwear designer able to advise and assist on modification and shoe making projects. But when your horse recognizes and reacts to a pair of thigh boots it adds so much to the experience. I tried riding in a pair of Pleaser 3010 thigh boots today, my mare seemed to recognize and like the smoothness of them. She responded beautifully. I ride alone.
