DallasHeels Posted October 22, 2011 Posted October 22, 2011 Saw this video and thought it was cute and loved the comment about "heels for men are on the rise" http://www.break.com/index/news-anchor-in-high-heels-wipes-out-2192441
Foxyheels Posted October 22, 2011 Posted October 22, 2011 The fact the comment was made in such a natural way by the presenter is encouraging. There was no surprise in her voice it was just a statement of fact with no reaction. High heels are the shoes I choose to put on, respect my choice as I repect yours.
benno Posted October 22, 2011 Posted October 22, 2011 It was so casual. It's great that we now have this kind of thing on TV. More of the same please. I have been wearing heels in my daily life in the last few weeks because of this kind of reporting. I figured that we need exposure to make people take it seriously and for it to not just be a flash in the pan to fill the news. Fashion is moving on and it's pretty exciting.
eoneleg Posted October 27, 2011 Posted October 27, 2011 At least she is human like us, and not the super-human people that the media makes them up to be.
roniheels Posted October 30, 2011 Posted October 30, 2011 At least she is human like us, and not the super-human people that the media makes them up to be. And not only that, she was very natural in her response to her falling and she just went with the flow and was extemporaneous in her remarks about the fall.
jwhite44 Posted October 30, 2011 Posted October 30, 2011 And not only that, she was very natural in her response to her falling and she just went with the flow and was extemporaneous in her remarks about the fall. Except for the fact that she then said, "...maybe I'll give up my heels..." Although on-camera scenes probably aren't that rare, if she's wearing heels when basically she's sitting behind a desk, she probably wears them all the time. I doubt she'd give them up...
crotchboots-m Posted October 31, 2011 Posted October 31, 2011 they were smoking dope in the bathroom just prior to filming...
Jabble Posted October 31, 2011 Posted October 31, 2011 they were smoking dope in the bathroom just prior to filming... hahaha
Shafted Posted November 1, 2011 Posted November 1, 2011 I feel bad for her. The woman is thinking of giving up on heels. Pretty sure she was distracted from being live on stage in heels on a makeshift set (picture wires running all over the place). Shafted, the boots that is! Jabble Posted November 1, 2011 Posted November 1, 2011 Just want to clarify that I was just laughing at the comment, not at her falling down. At least she was not hurt.
