barney15c
What does the term menswear mean in terms of Female footwear. These are Dexter Karma Menswear Pumps from Payless. The example below can't really be described as masculine. I absolutely love these shoes so much so i got a pair from a seller on US Ebay, very comfortable and not too high.... Elegant
Menswear is what MEN MUST wear, and womenswear is what WOMEN CAN wear . What is good for a goose, can be good for any gender!
ShockQueen
I love those Karma pumps, and while mine aren't in the "menswear" pattern (regular black), they are MY "Men's wear"! LOL! Wear and enjoy! SQ.....still busting societal molds with a smile...and a 50-ton sledge!
barney15c
8 reviews of this style of shoes on payless (3 from men), thats why they call them menswear!!!:lmao::lmao: In the land of the blind, the one eyed man is king!!!
roniheels
Those are nice looking pumps. But I don't know why they are described as Menswear, unless that is part of the brand name. But, I'm still confused. Oh well, they are pretty pumps.
barney15c
No not a brand name, some silly name they have given to the style. What constitutes a shoe as menswear is a mystery to me. If they looked like male shoes i would understand ie brogues, but these are clearly not. In the land of the blind, the one eyed man is king!!! Histiletto
It could be a bit confusing when men have the choice to dress with womenswear as women now have menswear to select from. This would be a liberating time for both men and women having their right to exhibit their personal choices in an tolerant and condoning venue. Charlie
Menswear: Worn out flannel shirt over a worn out t-shirt, jeans where the waist is worn on the hips, workboots... That about sums up the uniform.. LOL Charlie Everything I say is a lie!.......I'm lying
JohnH
Menswear: Worn out flannel shirt over a worn out t-shirt, jeans where the waist is worn on the hips, workboots... That about sums up the uniform.. LOL Charlie If that is typical men's wear, then it would be appropriate to call it being "in drab".
