steveord Posted October 9, 2009 Posted October 9, 2009 Yep I've had that done to me. Washing up liquid was even worse when the soap wasn't nearby
roniheels Posted October 10, 2009 Posted October 10, 2009 Yes, for backtalking, cursing, and lying. Strict parents. I was like Ralphie in "A Christmas Story."
Jen J Posted October 11, 2009 Posted October 11, 2009 I was too quick to get caught. I did however receive several glancing blows from the vacuum cleaner tube whilst making my getaways. Mom had a pretty good swing. Ahhh, the good old days. Jen
M-a Posted October 12, 2009 Posted October 12, 2009 My parents never did anything like that. They yelled at me sometimes but that's basically it. “Sometimes you have to sacrifice your performance for high heels” www.heelsoholic.com
dww Posted October 14, 2009 Posted October 14, 2009 Good talking too, sent to bed that was about it. life is not a rehearsal
HappyinHeels Posted October 18, 2009 Posted October 18, 2009 Ah yes the good ol' days of no seat belts in cars, drinking from the hose, riding bikes in barefeet and no helmets, hitchhiking, trick or treating ON 31 October and NOT the weekend before and those ubiquitous bars of soap. It seems in our family soap had become its own food group! I either should be dead or still have suds coming out my ears! Guess we're pretty tough after all.
