  1. It looks like you took those photos looking into the shadows, and the boots are difficult to see. Next time I would suggest the you turn around 180 degrees and take the pics of the boots illuminated by good lighting. Nice boots from what little detail I can see.

  2. Hey, Mlroseplant,

Where did you get those thong wedges? I've been looking for a pair of thong sandals with heels, but I have found only one pair with a heel that high - Ralph Lauren's "Roseanne." Are those wedges easy to walk in or does your foot slip forward, hurting the skin between your big and second toe? It looks like the buttons say BCB Generation. Is it a current style?

Those would be good for the salon on pedicure day!

  4. I vote for #1 because the straight heel profile is in style now and probably will be for a while. The curved heels are more 70s but will be out of style more quickly. The 70s were a goofy time for men and I clearly remember my heeled sandals, loafers, and clogs. In retrospect, even though they were fun to wear, their appearance wasn't nearly as pleasing as the styles women have always had.

Yet when she went through my transaction return i got more money back that i expected. Guess she wasn't paying attention to the receipt closely enough seeing i had store credit discount which wasn't a full purchase. So wearing heels can be distracting to others and profitable for me.

Tell me you were honest and returned the money that didn't belong to you. I hope so!

  6. Preston,

There's a lot of good advice here, but I'll add one more. You may not like English class, but writing is an extremely important skill in ANY job you ever have, and the better you can express yourself, the farther your career will go. I have worked with a lot of engineers, scientists, and technicians in my career, and believe me, the ones who are successful are the ones who can write clear, concise, reports on their work. So you may not appreciate English right now, but it will come in VERY handy when you enter the job market and become the one picked for a promotion! Study hard and learn to write well. Good luck!

  7. Rick, you have the wrong attitude, for sure. There is absolutely nothing dirty about your passion for heels. It's who you are. If you're ashamed, then go seek some professional help to try to deal with it. You'll never get rid of the passion, but you might like yourself better if you can accept who you are.

I'm rather proud of my passion for heels and wear heels tastefully every chance I get. In public. And I've never had a bad experience. The demons are in your head because you've been brought up to think in gender binary: boys wear this and girls wear that. The world isn't that simple and enlightened humans are beginning to realize that.

  8. I would like to promote www.activskin.com, a brand that's made for men. It fits men better, especially tall and big men, and it has the right kind of anatomy. Even if you don't need the functionality of a fly opening, the lower fly panel is comfortable because it forms a comfortable pouch for your male equipment. The selection is good the products are competitively priced and available online, and the customer service is first rate. Disclosure: I'm a partner in the company, so if your order is not right in some way, contact me and I'll do my best to fix it.

Wearing hosiery with heels is a good idea to prevent blisters, let your skin breathe (especially in boots and booties and other closed-toe heels), and keep the shoes from getting smelly. If you're showing your legs, it's also prettier than skin that has blemishes, leg hair, or other problems. If you wear black, you need not worry about shaving legs, if that's a concern.
