      Thanks, having a blast in my new boots! Most outings thankfully uneventful but generally any reactions have been mixed, never bad, more surprise I suppose. Usually any compliments/approving nods will be from the ladies but even these are rare. Fairly new to going out in boots though.....they do seem to make a statement.....nice to have a bit of moral support when out.

    I do like your black and white profile theme thingy. It's a shame the "banner" picture at the top is so small. I can't seem to do a thing with mine. Hope you're fine and well.

      Thank you, I'm very well, hope you are too. Agree the banner is annoyingly difficult to display the best section of the photo, but you seem to have mastered it. Your recent avatars and banners are very stylish in the sepia tones. Good to hear from you, take care.

      Heels are  5.5" and boots leather lined only for top 6" (above the knee), rest is raw.

      Not gator I'm afraid, just black patent leather with a sort of embossed croc pattern stamped in.

      Sounds great. I'm sure you'll have a blast wearing those 6" pumps out and about.  My red pumps have a 5.5" heel (UK8/EU41) and find this is about my practical limit outside on uneven surfaces!
