Great collection! Heels can be addictive, I find myself always always checking out stores or websites for different styles and colors.Its great that you can share your interests with your spouse. I too have an understanding wife which is great when we go shoe shopping. I also am at the point where a I am not comfortable to wear them publicly but I can not wait to put a pair of heels on when I get home from work. Enjoy your heels and congratulations!

I wear them when we go for drives or around the house or on the deck relaxing but no public appearances. My wife will pay for my shoes when we go shopping but I have purchased my own shoes a couple of times. But never have had any reactions from it.

I am jealous of my wife. She is 5'2" so when she goes to the mall she wears here heels usually 4-5 inch heels. And she looks great wraring them. I am 6'1" without heels and all my heels are 4-7 inch heels. My height with heels would me make me stand out even more. Having trouble getting over that " first hurdle". Otherwise when I am home after work I can not wait to wear my heels.

Your are not the only one. I appreciate great looking shoes. Noticed the "Wendy" show actually has a shoe cam. So there must be alot of people who are inquisitive.

Great looking shoes. I agree the Pleaser shoes are some of the most comfortable to wear. Well padded insoles and platform to heel hight ratio makes them appear higher than they actually are. Congratulations on supporting a great cause and enjoy your day!

Got new shoes today. I really like these they are very unique. Found these an a buy one get two free clearance sale. Needless to say.. I got the first pair and wife got the two free pairs. Wish I could fit size eight or nine because she got two awesome pairs that are very sexy. Well worth it when you can share your love of shoes with your better half. Sorry could not get this picture oriented properly.

Had a great day with my wife today. We decided to take a short trip to alarger center to do some shopping. I put my black knee high boots with 5 1/2 heels. Already wore them out to get us coffee at the local drive through so I decided to leave them on. I felt pretty good with my skinny jeans and leather jacket. I enjoy driving in my heels and my is very understanding. The problem is that our community is small and even when you go anywheres you run into people you know. My wife agreed that if we were in a large city no one would ever notice. It must be very liberating. I took the high road and changed my footwear in the mall parking lot. It still was a great day because I found two fabulous pairs of shoes! And they were a great deal. I must say as soon as I was back in the car I was in my boots. May not have got to the public appearance of my boots yet but a sunny day with a fabulous lady and great conversations trump everything. "I don't always wear heals....but when I do....they are platforms"

After nineteen years of running my own business out of my home I have decided to change directions. Now I am working for in a different occupation and I am loving it. Decided to convert my old office and work area into an entertainment room for my wife and daughter. I already have my "man cave" so this way they can have their own area and they will not try to change my area. I think I have my work cut out for me. Well worth it when you have wife such as mine.

I too..have a collection of heels that keeps growing. I can't walk buy a shoe store without trying to get my wife to go in also. My collection has grown to over sixty five pairs. Fifteen or so are boots consisting of thigh high and knee high platforms. All of my shoes are 5", 6", or 7" inch platforms. Many of my favorites are Pleaser brand. I find that they are very comfortable to wear for extended amounts of time. I am still looking for a pair of burgandy pumps sold by payless named "hype" but seem to not be available in Canadian stores. My search for that next great pair continues.

I agree. Be honest and sincere with your wife. I told my wife about my interest in high heels, my first pair were thigh high boots with a wedge heel. I told her it would be exciting and invigorating to try to wear them. I do not wear my heels in pubic at this time but I do wear them around the house or when I go for a drive. She understands that heels are just footwear. And in my case they do not change the person you are or the person she married. I am so happy that I was honest because now we go shoe shopping together.I love to treat her to new heels and I get to add to my collection. Good luck.

I have been reading some of forums and posts, I now feel I am mot alone. I am a guy who loves to wear high heels. Especially platform shoes and boots. All my heels are 4" to 7". I am happily married with an awesome wife that accepts my fondness for heels. I told her about my interest two years ago. She understands that it is just footwear, and that I am the same person regardless. We now go shopping together. She also loves high heels and I love to help her pick them out. I like to buy shoes for her and she will make the purchases for both of us. I only wear my shoes at home or out when I am driving but that is enough at this point. Its all about feeling good about yourself and what you are comfortable with. Can not wait for our next shoe shopping trip.
