  1. YES!!!!!!!! :w00t2::lmao:;-) I personally feel that the girls forum is the girls only forum (I know I posted there once or twice by mistake I'm SORRY). I also feel that the girls should be able to comment in any forum as they please. They are the experts when it comes to heels so we need their input everywhere and anywhere. We/I want to have the girls here so we must do what we can to make them feel wanted and welcome.

I have always thought the girls had free range on the forums anyway and the guys where the only ones limited. Some women are already uncomfortable with there being so many of us men on the forums that we need them to feel welcome.

So YES and I welcome all of the girls/Ladies to comment on any thread that is started by me (secondtake20) be it good or bad in any forum!!!

  2. I am a size 8 (mens). My boots in my avatar are roughly a size 9. It is harder to find anything larger than a 10. What I have noticed is that leather boots tend to shrink over time, partially due to getting wet (rain and snow).

I have worn western style boots most of my life, and I too have noticed that they seem to draw up after being wet (washing horses). They have always stretched back out with time and wear and fit as well maybe even better after being wet.

  3. I would like to say Thank You to everyone for the great postive responses. I am very lucky to have her as my best friend. She thinks alot like a guy, but she is smokin hot too. She said I should wear heels anytime I want and be proud of myself because some women can't walk in heels as well as I do. It is great to go out with a lady who enjoyes wearing heels as much as I do.

Today I was still on a high that is hard to explain, but everyone here knows what I am talking about. I had some work to around the farm after church so I put on my megan boots and worked all afternoon. I was up and down and all over the farm. At times I forgot I was wearing boots with a 2 & 1/2 inch heels because they are so comfortable. I am planning on wearing the raven lace up boots the next time we go out. As johnieheel said I won't be afraid to wear them.

Again Thank You to everyone for the thanks and the great comments.

  4. what does it feel like wearing heels outside for the first time?

You have to remember to stay relaxed, no matter how hard your heart goes to pumping. I suggest to start out in a low heel about 2 & 1/2 to 3 inches with a chunky heel. You don't want to be wobbling while you walk and draw attention to yourself. I have enjoyed my couple of outtings. I wear a boot with a 2 & 1/2 inch block heel and I just went out wearing a 3 inch block heel boot.

As to what it feels like to wear heels outside for the first time? I was nervous and excited booth at the same time. I had to remember to walk slower than I normally do. I knew my heels were mostly covered by my pants. I even ran into someone that I go to church with but I remained calm and talked with her as nothing was up. Remember to have fun and relax they are just shoes.

  5. Thanks for the story! It is wonderful to have such a supportive and fun friend. Not only do you get a fun night out but she will get you out in those lace-up boots.

Another great thing was she paid for dinner, but we switch off on paying so I will pay next time.

  6. I went out to dinner with a female friend of mine. We are just good friends, we just hang out together and are buddies. We have dicussed dating but we do not want to screw up a great friendship. She knows of my passion for high heels. She rang the door bell around 7:30pm and I went and greeted her. She was smokin hot as always. She was wearing a blue denim skirt the stopped about 2 to 3 inches above her knees, with black knee high boots with a 5 inch heel (I almost fainted) and black tights with a black sweater. I was wearing a dark grey long sleeve shirt white strips, dark blue jeans with my black megan boots. I showed her the boots and she got excited that I was willing to wear them out to dinner. She asked to see my other boots that I had told her about. She tryed to talk me into wearing my raven lace up boots to dinner but I was too chicken. So we settled on my black rosa lug boots, I told her I was nervous about wearing them and she said no one would notice with her wearing her 5 inch heels. We left and she drove to dinner. She parked in the back of the lot so no one would bump her car (she is such a guy). We walked to the door which felt like a mile away. It was cold and the wind was blowing so I didn't notice too much heel clicking. We stood and waited on a table and then was seated. We ordered and ate. I was very nervous the whole time thinking everyone could see my boots. We got ready to leave, she went to the restroom and came back to the table. I noticed how two men were look at her as she walked to the restroom and came back. Then I went to the restroom and came back she said a couple of people turned and looked and one lady smiled at her as I walked away. We left and went to Wal-Mart and she needed to pick up a couple of things. We walked all over the store, I think she was doing it on purpose to make me walk in heels. The Wal-Mart is located in Athens ,GA which is a college town. The store was busy, and there was alot of young girls shopping wearing everything from flip flops to heels. She did see two girls walking behind us watching us as we shopped. They never stopped us or talked to us, my friend pointed them out to me. So we finished shopping and drove home and watched TV and she left about midnight. She called me this morning and asked if my feet hurt and how I liked wearing my heels out all night. I told her my calfs were a little sore but I was O.K., She said her feet were sore this morning from wearing the 5 inch heel boots all night since she was out of pratice wearing them. She told me that we would go out again real soon, but I would have to wear the black raven lace up boots next time. I told her about High Heel Place and I was going to put up a thread about my night out and she said she want to see it. I will post again as soon as it happens.

  7. Dear Santa,

My 10 year old son swears you're not real. So, since I've been good all year (NO arrests! LOL), and am still trying to tell him you're real, can I please see these under my tree?

    Scott

I am 42 and I know that there is a Santa Clause.

Stilettoscot - I also have some Lifebouy soap on standby if it is needed if the swearing problem keeps up. It has never been proven to cause blindness.:w00t2:

  8. Yep!! I have been bitten. I am on the look out for some heels with a block type heel. I have been thinking about wearing my Rosa lug boots out next. I wore them to the gas station 2 saturday nights ago, but I feel the didn't make a true outting, but I see them on my feet in the near future out on the town.

  9. I posted a thread about my day titled My planned heel outting 11-19-08 under the everyone group.. I highly recommend these boots for streetheeling to everyone who is starting out. I will be wearing these alot in the very near future. I hope to find some more boots along this line and will be posting about my finds when they happen.

  10. As I have posted under the payless thread I bought these http://www.payless.com/Catalog/ProductDetail.aspx?&TLC=Womens&SLC=WomensBoots&BLC=WomensBootsLeather&Width=Regular&ItemCode=64007&LotNumber=064485&Type=Adult&Popularity=71&DescriptiveColor=Black

    this week.

I bought them because of the block heel and they look great for streetheeling. Today I put them in them in the suv with me as I went out to work. I worked all day and had a good sales day. I don't know if my evening plans had anything to do with todays sales. I am glad I had a good sales day since the automotive industry is in the tank.

I left my last customer at 4pm and stopped in the next parking lot and changed into my new boots and wore them for the hour drive back toward home. I had already planned my weekly shopping trip to Wal-Mart for tonight. I went to the Wal-Mart that is only 9 miles from my home. I knew the chances of bumping into some I know was very high.

The boots have a rubber sole and heel and they are very comfortable and no noise when I walk. I went to Wal-Mart parked half way across the parking lot from the door as normal. I went in grabbed a buggy and off I went to get the things on my list. All things where going great and I had not noticed anyone looking at me. The pants I wear to work are long in length and covered the boots well and looked normal in my eye.

I did notice that some of the shelfs felt closer wearing the boots and it was a surprise to me that the 2 & 1/2 inch heels made that much differance. Then I rounded a corner and their was a friend stand there that I go to chruch with. I didn't hide and knew she had seen me because she had just smiled and said hello. We stood there talking and she looked me up and down and I thought I was busted but she never said a word. We talked for a couple of minutes and we went back to our own shopping.

I will say talking with her had my heart pumping but I just took a deep breath and acted as normal as possble. After I went back to my shopping I got a high that I have never felt before and it was great. So I finished up and checked out and put my purchases in the suv.

Then I went and filled up with gas ($1.76 a gallon:thumbsup: ) with pay at the pump. I walked around while I was pumping and cleaned my windsheild. I finished pumping and got back in and drove away. I was feeling very happy and bold so I stopped at subway sandwich shop and went in and ordered a footlong and walked back out and drove home. As normal wearing heels for me I fed my animals and come in and unloaded my stuff, ate my sandwich and now relaxing read HHP threads thinking about my next outting.

I hope I have not bored everyone too much with my outting, but I am very proud of myself. I welcome everyones comments be it good or bad from men or women. I am a man in heels and I can take it.
